I followed the discussion about the original 13th Amendment for several months about 3 yeas ago. The back story is that in 1811 the Charter for the Second Bank of America, the King’s bank, had been turned down. Then the 13th Amendment was proposed and passed. Within a short period of time the ink lost his bank and then he was going to lose his politicians in the US Congress. The War of 1812 started right after those events and went until 1814 when the British burned the US Library of Congree. It was thought that all records of the 13th Amendment were lost in the fire. However, it was stated that sometime after 2000 a copy of the document was found in a British Library and then brought to the US. The story goes on to say that it was brought before the US Supreme Court along with other documentation and was determined to be a true document. But the documentation did not prove that Virginia had ratified it while other states had.

Correct, I’m with u on that.. you’re right. I think she meant when would they be considered American or a (state citizen) if they have a position in the assembly & moved here from Canada but said American citizen. 
For people who weren’t born here I’d say 7 years til they can naturalize… I’d assume it would be the same process but it’s a good question especially if Canada isn’t a or isn’t going to be a separate country but apart of America like they been taking about. Makes sense why Anna wouldn’t really know. Lots of changes happening

Well their are classes to teach people the process of when Trust is used to use and how- its only if you want to exercise secured priority creditor or file UCC1 and participating in recoupment. Well the UCC1 has to be filed, yes you are priority creditor but only when you declare and notice and to do that you must use the private trust process.  If what you are saying is true, then returning checks(bills) and writing accepted for value etc would work but it doesn't work because it cannot be moved on a ledger
