WEBVTT

00:14:41.000 --> 00:14:45.000
I don't watch television, but I just thought I'd share that. Interesting.

00:14:45.000 --> 00:14:46.000
I actually heard somebody else say that as well, that, like, those terms, those words, the government is over.

00:14:46.000 --> 00:14:51.000
I yield.

00:14:51.000 --> 00:14:54.000
Um, I cannot wait for…

00:14:54.000 --> 00:14:58.000
the minions to understand it, and to just stop?

00:14:58.000 --> 00:15:00.000
go home.

00:15:00.000 --> 00:15:03.000
Um, but you know, what that is.

00:15:03.000 --> 00:15:05.000
That's… that's hope right there, right?

00:15:05.000 --> 00:15:09.000
as… as the dribble comes out, then…

00:15:09.000 --> 00:15:15.000
we can run with that and spread that, because I know… I don't know about you guys, but here in California,

00:15:15.000 --> 00:15:20.000
We are incredibly irritated.

00:15:20.000 --> 00:15:24.000
Gavin Newsom, ugh.

00:15:24.000 --> 00:15:27.000
I didn't hear.

00:15:27.000 --> 00:15:30.000
That's okay.

00:15:30.000 --> 00:15:31.000
Hi, Linda.

00:15:31.000 --> 00:15:35.000
I hate to interrupt, but I can't raise my hand. Um… I'm Linda from Arkansas. We're voting next month, and we will have our state set up.

00:15:35.000 --> 00:15:38.000
Congratulations! That's great news! Yay, Arkansas!

00:15:38.000 --> 00:15:41.000
Yes. Yes.

00:15:41.000 --> 00:15:44.000
Let's go!

00:15:44.000 --> 00:15:45.000
I love it.

00:15:45.000 --> 00:15:47.000
You wanted some good news, so I thought that would be some good news.

00:15:47.000 --> 00:15:49.000
That is great news!

00:15:49.000 --> 00:15:52.000
With that, I'll yield.

00:15:52.000 --> 00:15:55.000
Oh, that's wonderful. I'm super excited for you guys.

00:15:55.000 --> 00:15:56.000
Um…

00:15:56.000 --> 00:15:57.000
Congratulations! Excellent!

00:15:57.000 --> 00:16:12.000
Hey, quick question. I just wanted to throw this at Julianne on St. Lucie. I just want to know, um, was… Was it tonight, um, from Hannity, by any chance? Was it tonight's meeting? Uh… On TV, or was it, like, last week?

00:16:12.000 --> 00:16:14.000
Linda, I think that was…

00:16:14.000 --> 00:16:15.000
OSAC?

00:16:15.000 --> 00:16:18.000
I believe it was this… I believe it was tonight, today.

00:16:18.000 --> 00:16:25.000
Okay, thank you. I'll check with my brother, he watches Hannity, so… You know, to keep an eye on everything, but… Um, yeah, I have been hearing the words, like, de facto.

00:16:25.000 --> 00:16:29.000
May I?

00:16:29.000 --> 00:16:30.000
Come out, and uh… I haven't heard Dijouri, but I've heard the de facto word pop out, which is.

00:16:30.000 --> 00:16:35.000
Leave it there.

00:16:35.000 --> 00:16:39.000
New to me, as far as, uh. you know, the de facto news, you know? I've never heard him say it before, but I have heard it, like, 3 times already, if that's anything to anyone.

00:16:39.000 --> 00:16:46.000
Bye.

00:16:46.000 --> 00:16:49.000
Thank you.

00:16:49.000 --> 00:16:51.000
Um,

00:16:51.000 --> 00:16:52.000
Yay, Lisa!

00:16:52.000 --> 00:16:54.000
Lisa's here! Hi!

00:16:54.000 --> 00:17:00.000
Hi, Kim, I was… I was gonna let you know Anna… Anna wrote me, uh, earlier…

00:17:00.000 --> 00:17:01.000
How are you, Ari?

00:17:01.000 --> 00:17:05.000
Um, 6.40 Eastern Time, so 3.40 California.

00:17:05.000 --> 00:17:07.000
It says, I'm traveling today and delayed…

00:17:07.000 --> 00:17:11.000
Weather is bad, can you be on the coordinator call tonight?

00:17:11.000 --> 00:17:15.000
And, of course, I honor that, um…

00:17:15.000 --> 00:17:18.000
Told her to be safe, she will try to join us as she can.

00:17:18.000 --> 00:17:21.000
Um, I think she's got some…

00:17:21.000 --> 00:17:24.000
Maybe some happy news, so we'll see what she has to say.

00:17:24.000 --> 00:17:31.000
Um, but I, you know, I thought maybe this evening we would start… I know that, um…

00:17:31.000 --> 00:17:36.000
that there's a few states that are approaching standing.

00:17:36.000 --> 00:17:42.000
And I was hoping that, uh, full standing, I was hoping, besides Arkansas making their announcement this evening, that

00:17:42.000 --> 00:17:48.000
Maybe the other states, I know Virginia has already done their elections. They're kind of finishing up Jural and…

00:17:48.000 --> 00:17:53.000
And they're wobbling, but they're standing.

00:17:53.000 --> 00:17:55.000
So, in Ohio, so that'll be 3.

00:17:55.000 --> 00:17:58.000
Um, I believe Tennessee?

00:17:58.000 --> 00:18:05.000
is, uh, gonna be doing their elections at the end of the month, or right at the January, so that's 4.

00:18:05.000 --> 00:18:12.000
Um, is there anybody else out there that's getting really close?

00:18:12.000 --> 00:18:13.000
Mm-hmm.

00:18:13.000 --> 00:18:15.000
Uh, this is Julianne on St. Lucie. Um, are you counting in Florida?

00:18:15.000 --> 00:18:18.000
Uh, talking, talking state, yep.

00:18:18.000 --> 00:18:25.000
Okay, uh, well, Florida, we… we're standing. Uh, we're actually getting our grand jury together.

00:18:25.000 --> 00:18:30.000
But, um, we executed Exporte Milligan, we have the four pillars standing.

00:18:30.000 --> 00:18:35.000
Um, I thought we were number 3, actually, um.

00:18:35.000 --> 00:18:39.000
And I thought Carolina was ready soon, and as you mentioned, Virginia.

00:18:39.000 --> 00:18:54.000
Um, I… from what I understand, it was, uh… Alaska, Arizona, and Ohio, and then… so Florida was 4, I'm sorry, and then it was going to be maybe Carolina next, and I guess Arkansas seems.

00:18:54.000 --> 00:18:57.000
Pretty close, so… however that goes, it doesn't matter, as long as we all get going, it's good.

00:18:57.000 --> 00:19:02.000
Yeah, I don't… I don't think… I don't think either of the Carolinas are quite there yet.

00:19:02.000 --> 00:19:09.000
Um, and I don't believe Alaska is standing. I… I believe they have

00:19:09.000 --> 00:19:11.000
reset as well, so…

00:19:11.000 --> 00:19:15.000
Um, so I think there's… I think right now there's 5.

00:19:15.000 --> 00:19:21.000
Um, so we, we, we need y'all to really concentrate here at the end of the year, and…

00:19:21.000 --> 00:19:26.000
And get those state assemblies up and operational so we can…

00:19:26.000 --> 00:19:28.000
Put you on the maps, right?

00:19:28.000 --> 00:19:31.000
Okay.

00:19:31.000 --> 00:19:32.000
So right now, it's Ohio.

00:19:32.000 --> 00:19:33.000
So, who are the three now?

00:19:33.000 --> 00:19:36.000
Um, it's Virginia.

00:19:36.000 --> 00:19:44.000
Uh, Arkansas is getting ready to stand. If Florida is standing, then that's Florida, and then Tennessee is coming along, too.

00:19:44.000 --> 00:19:46.000
So I don't know if anybody else's…

00:19:46.000 --> 00:19:52.000
is close. I'm asking.

00:19:52.000 --> 00:19:54.000
Okay, great.

00:19:54.000 --> 00:19:58.000
Alright, well, go, go, go, everybody. Keep, keep working on it. Be diligent.

00:19:58.000 --> 00:20:05.000
you know, really the key is being active and meeting regularly and getting your work done, so…

00:20:05.000 --> 00:20:15.000
Um, lots to do, and there's lots more to do after you get to that point. So you're just getting to the starting line, getting the starting gate, and then, uh, going on, so…

00:20:15.000 --> 00:20:16.000
All right.

00:20:16.000 --> 00:20:19.000
Can I, um, before we move forward, can I just ask you…

00:20:19.000 --> 00:20:24.000
How did you get the, um…

00:20:24.000 --> 00:20:32.000
How did you get the volunteers for your pillar positions and stuff like that? Did you already have a large number of attendees?

00:20:32.000 --> 00:20:36.000
in your assembly, or how did that manifest?

00:20:36.000 --> 00:20:40.000
So, you know, we've allowed our committees

00:20:40.000 --> 00:20:45.000
to populate and grow organically. And what I mean by that is,

00:20:45.000 --> 00:20:48.000
As the recording secretaries have been bringing…

00:20:48.000 --> 00:20:51.000
people in,

00:20:51.000 --> 00:20:52.000
Uh, parting. We've got a live mic.

00:20:52.000 --> 00:20:53.000
One second. Gotcha.

00:20:53.000 --> 00:20:54.000
What did you call your alpha?

00:20:54.000 --> 00:20:55.000
Go ahead, got it.

00:20:55.000 --> 00:21:02.000
Um, we… what we did was we… we… you know, I always tell everybody,

00:21:02.000 --> 00:21:09.000
we… we need you. We need your hands, we need your feet, we need your heart, we need your mind, right?

00:21:09.000 --> 00:21:16.000
And they'll say, well, but I don't know what to do. And I'll say, well, I'll tell you what, here's the list of committees,

00:21:16.000 --> 00:21:18.000
We give that out to all of our…

00:21:18.000 --> 00:21:21.000
Uh, as we're doing status correction.

00:21:21.000 --> 00:21:26.000
And I tell them, cross off all the things that you would think I'm not doing that.

00:21:26.000 --> 00:21:32.000
I would hate that. And see what you're left with, and then tell me what committee you'd like to get on.

00:21:32.000 --> 00:21:35.000
Um, so that was one way.

00:21:35.000 --> 00:21:39.000
Sometimes it takes just reaching out,

00:21:39.000 --> 00:21:43.000
And noticing people's talents. We all love to be…

00:21:43.000 --> 00:21:48.000
complemented. We love to have our talents and gifts recognized, right?

00:21:48.000 --> 00:21:53.000
Sometimes some people are very shy, they… or, you know, they like flying under the radar.

00:21:53.000 --> 00:22:01.000
And sometimes we just have to reach out there to them and say, you know, I've noticed you have a real gift for this.

00:22:01.000 --> 00:22:04.000
Would you please consider being on this committee?

00:22:04.000 --> 00:22:06.000
And that's how Ohio did it.

00:22:06.000 --> 00:22:09.000
We… that's exactly what we did.

00:22:09.000 --> 00:22:10.000
And…

00:22:10.000 --> 00:22:19.000
Not to interrupt, um, should we hit… I'm sorry, something was in the chat. Did you, uh, hit record, and should we do a Bibbins and prayer and all that, or we just… chatting for right now.

00:22:19.000 --> 00:22:25.000
We did it all. We did it all at 5 o'clock, and we are recording now.

00:22:25.000 --> 00:22:26.000
That's okay.

00:22:26.000 --> 00:22:28.000
Oh, perfect, okay, I'm sorry, I just saw in the chat, I just got in after my, uh, state.

00:22:28.000 --> 00:22:29.000
No, it, um… Michelle started, uh, the recording early, because she, uh, couldn't con…

00:22:29.000 --> 00:22:34.000
assembled themselves. Perfect.

00:22:34.000 --> 00:22:39.000
pass those controls, and uh… we did the Bivens and the Furr.

00:22:39.000 --> 00:22:42.000
Sorry. Uh-huh.

00:22:42.000 --> 00:22:48.000
So, so yeah, so that's, you know, sometimes we just have to use the best of our people skills.

00:22:48.000 --> 00:22:53.000
And… and go out and identify the gifts that we see in other people.

00:22:53.000 --> 00:22:54.000
And how wonderful, isn't it, to say,

00:22:54.000 --> 00:22:56.000
Okay. Doc, we have red.

00:22:56.000 --> 00:22:59.000
Oh, we have recognized

00:22:59.000 --> 00:23:02.000
Your… your gift here, and…

00:23:02.000 --> 00:23:06.000
you know, we… Lori… Laura, see, your mic is open.

00:23:06.000 --> 00:23:07.000
I gotcha.

00:23:07.000 --> 00:23:10.000
Um,

00:23:10.000 --> 00:23:15.000
Recognize that the gifts… the gifts that they have, and be able to… to…

00:23:15.000 --> 00:23:17.000
Help foster that along.

00:23:17.000 --> 00:23:22.000
You know, and I know that a lot of people will say,

00:23:22.000 --> 00:23:31.000
Oh, but I really don't… I'm just learning, I'm just here, I'm just new. And my answer always is, well, get on a committee, you'll learn real quick.

00:23:31.000 --> 00:23:36.000
Okay? Um, because you have to engage, and you have to be able to…

00:23:36.000 --> 00:23:40.000
do the research and start to really just hear the discussion.

00:23:40.000 --> 00:23:43.000
And that they get up to speed pretty quick that way.

00:23:43.000 --> 00:23:46.000
So, yeah.

00:23:46.000 --> 00:23:47.000
Thank you for the information.

00:23:47.000 --> 00:23:48.000
Right?

00:23:48.000 --> 00:23:50.000
You're welcome.

00:23:50.000 --> 00:23:51.000
Do you want…

00:23:51.000 --> 00:23:53.000
Yeah, sometimes he takes more glad-handing.

00:23:53.000 --> 00:23:55.000
If you want, I'll take questions.

00:23:55.000 --> 00:23:56.000
For the time being?

00:23:56.000 --> 00:24:04.000
Okay, let's… let's try a few. David Harrow, I know you were first.

00:24:04.000 --> 00:24:07.000
David Herbert, are you with us?

00:24:07.000 --> 00:24:14.000
I'm gonna come back to David Hera. Mike on Fremont.

00:24:14.000 --> 00:24:30.000
Um, yeah, I guess since Anna's not here, I'll ask a different question. Um, what did you do after you got your, uh… The… did your ex parte Milligan to, uh, to fully stand the drill side of things?

00:24:30.000 --> 00:24:35.000
So, our courts were pretty much ready to stand when we deck…

00:24:35.000 --> 00:24:39.000
Okay, when you read ex parte Milligan, Mike,

00:24:39.000 --> 00:24:42.000
It says that your courts are ready to open.

00:24:42.000 --> 00:24:44.000
It's what it says on it.

00:24:44.000 --> 00:24:54.000
If your courts aren't completely ready to open, I would not advise putting ex parte Milligan in there. If you've not got your due process together,

00:24:54.000 --> 00:25:01.000
Um, if you've not… if you're not identified that process, got whatever your forms, or whatever you're gonna do on your…

00:25:01.000 --> 00:25:03.000
Um, for your courts,

00:25:03.000 --> 00:25:07.000
Um, if you don't have all of your people in place,

00:25:07.000 --> 00:25:11.000
then it's not quite time to declare ex parte Milligan.

00:25:11.000 --> 00:25:14.000
But once you get to that point,

00:25:14.000 --> 00:25:22.000
And you want to declare ex parte Milligan, we not only publish that on our website, which it's still out there if you want to go look, it's…

00:25:22.000 --> 00:25:24.000
top line on our homepage.

00:25:24.000 --> 00:25:29.000
Um, but we sent it also…

00:25:29.000 --> 00:25:33.000
And I sent it registered mail to our Supreme Court,

00:25:33.000 --> 00:25:35.000
to our Attorney General,

00:25:35.000 --> 00:25:37.000
to our, you know, right on down the list.

00:25:37.000 --> 00:25:42.000
And you can view that on our MyOhio Assembly website.

00:25:42.000 --> 00:25:45.000
Um, we sent that out.

00:25:45.000 --> 00:25:52.000
And we not only sent that out, but we also, um, followed that up with a sheriff's notice to all of our 88

00:25:52.000 --> 00:25:54.000
counties and county sheriffs,

00:25:54.000 --> 00:25:59.000
and attached a copy of that ex parte Milligan to it.

00:25:59.000 --> 00:26:05.000
Um, and so they've all been noticed. I've got receipt of that notice.

00:26:05.000 --> 00:26:09.000
Um, as well. So, um…

00:26:09.000 --> 00:26:13.000
So there's no… there's no plausible deniability, right?

00:26:13.000 --> 00:26:20.000
Um, that they haven't been notified on their county, as well as at the whole… the entire court system.

00:26:20.000 --> 00:26:21.000
But you gotta be ready.

00:26:21.000 --> 00:26:29.000
So… so what, um… so are you then giving enforcement over to them?

00:26:29.000 --> 00:26:32.000
Um, you know, in terms of interaction, because, you know.

00:26:32.000 --> 00:26:37.000
We've had, uh, acquiescence to everything we've ever done.

00:26:37.000 --> 00:26:41.000
So, you know, I don't know if you've had any success or whatnot, but.

00:26:41.000 --> 00:26:46.000
You know, we tell them to, uh, you know, anything, and they just ignore us.

00:26:46.000 --> 00:26:47.000
Oh, we've had a…

00:26:47.000 --> 00:26:48.000
So, you know, it's that… Go ahead.

00:26:48.000 --> 00:26:53.000
We've had a few… we've had a few come back, and of course, you know,

00:26:53.000 --> 00:27:00.000
Having your public elections and being declared formally standing on your state,

00:27:00.000 --> 00:27:04.000
After your public elections, that's an important step.

00:27:04.000 --> 00:27:07.000
before you put your ex parte Milligan out there.

00:27:07.000 --> 00:27:15.000
I know some assemblies have done it the other way, they've put ex parte out there, and then they elect their people later.

00:27:15.000 --> 00:27:21.000
Um, your state authority is not established at that point.

00:27:21.000 --> 00:27:23.000
They're looking at you going, ugh.

00:27:23.000 --> 00:27:27.000
What are these? They don't have any authority, they don't have any jurisdiction, they don't have…

00:27:27.000 --> 00:27:31.000
Okay? That's the way they look at it.

00:27:31.000 --> 00:27:33.000
But once you have an elected body,

00:27:33.000 --> 00:27:37.000
And you've… you've published that, and you've got that published?

00:27:37.000 --> 00:27:43.000
And then you… you have your courts, and you've got your ex parte Milligan in place.

00:27:43.000 --> 00:27:47.000
Um, they look at you a whole lot differently, I can tell you.

00:27:47.000 --> 00:27:53.000
Suddenly, if you're sending letters and you're getting a bunch of letters back where they refuse your letters,

00:27:53.000 --> 00:27:56.000
Now they keep your letters.

00:27:56.000 --> 00:27:59.000
Um, now they're deliverable.

00:27:59.000 --> 00:28:00.000
Um, and…

00:28:00.000 --> 00:28:05.000
Yeah, but have you… have you got anything back that acknowledges that your authority or jurisdiction over them?

00:28:05.000 --> 00:28:08.000
Oh, we've gotten some fire back that says,

00:28:08.000 --> 00:28:13.000
oh, you're not a real government, and we go back and inform them, yes, we are.

00:28:13.000 --> 00:28:15.000
We're a foreign court.

00:28:15.000 --> 00:28:21.000
We're, uh, you know, we're, uh, we're the state assembly. We're a 10th Amendment state assembly.

00:28:21.000 --> 00:28:25.000
Okay? And it's really about educating them.

00:28:25.000 --> 00:28:30.000
Um, they're… they're in for a real rude awakening very soon, I'm sure.

00:28:30.000 --> 00:28:31.000
And so, um…

00:28:31.000 --> 00:28:32.000
Yeah.

00:28:32.000 --> 00:28:39.000
That's only going to help all of you that are still out there struggling, but we've had some pretty good successes where

00:28:39.000 --> 00:28:43.000
They might push back, but what we did stuck.

00:28:43.000 --> 00:28:46.000
Okay?

00:28:46.000 --> 00:28:48.000
Yeah.

00:28:48.000 --> 00:28:49.000
It did.

00:28:49.000 --> 00:28:51.000
Awesome.

00:28:51.000 --> 00:28:54.000
All right.

00:28:54.000 --> 00:28:55.000
Hi, Doug.

00:28:55.000 --> 00:29:02.000
This is Doug on California. Yeah, so… people, uh, should look at the new silver bullet, the.

00:29:02.000 --> 00:29:12.000
One of the talks about correcting your records. Because we… and we just had somebody have success with that on Main.

00:29:12.000 --> 00:29:21.000
Today, I'm a, um… due process call, and the… The key is that they don't have any sovereign delegation of authority.

00:29:21.000 --> 00:29:26.000
So they're the ones that are gonna… that's the real government.

00:29:26.000 --> 00:29:30.000
Yeah, and Doug, we use that… I had a man on Ohio that…

00:29:30.000 --> 00:29:36.000
All of a sudden, um, got a judgment against him for a…

00:29:36.000 --> 00:29:41.000
Um, for an old foreclosure, it was 5 years old.

00:29:41.000 --> 00:29:45.000
And they had short-sailed the house, and now they wanted… they were coming after him.

00:29:45.000 --> 00:29:48.000
for, um, the difference.

00:29:48.000 --> 00:29:51.000
And we sent the silver bullet in.

00:29:51.000 --> 00:29:53.000
And it disappeared.

00:29:53.000 --> 00:29:57.000
And the… and they… they even had gone to the point where they had

00:29:57.000 --> 00:30:01.000
already started taking out of his paycheck

00:30:01.000 --> 00:30:05.000
a payment, you know, a lien.

00:30:05.000 --> 00:30:07.000
And it's gone.

00:30:07.000 --> 00:30:11.000
So, it works pretty well.

00:30:11.000 --> 00:30:13.000
Okay?

00:30:13.000 --> 00:30:15.000
Alright.

00:30:15.000 --> 00:30:22.000
Can I ask, Doug, um, as it relates to the silver bullet, I do recall Anna stating in the Monday webinar,

00:30:22.000 --> 00:30:36.000
that they were… they were requiring a wet ink signature on every one of them. Is that still the case?

00:30:36.000 --> 00:30:37.000
That was for the… that was for her, um…

00:30:37.000 --> 00:30:39.000
Um…

00:30:39.000 --> 00:30:41.000
indemnity bond.

00:30:41.000 --> 00:30:43.000
Well, I apologize.

00:30:43.000 --> 00:30:45.000
Okay, cool.

00:30:45.000 --> 00:30:51.000
Um, I just want to check real quick and see if David Hera is back in front of the computer?

00:30:51.000 --> 00:30:57.000
David Herrera?

00:30:57.000 --> 00:30:58.000
Okay, we're gonna reach back around again.

00:30:58.000 --> 00:31:04.000
Uh, you guys do know that there's no numbers attached to your hands, so I really have no way of knowing who was next. If anybody know…

00:31:04.000 --> 00:31:09.000
I see… I see Dolores as… was… was on.

00:31:09.000 --> 00:31:12.000
Okay, Dolores, go right ahead.

00:31:12.000 --> 00:31:16.000
Hi. Nice to see you, Lisa.

00:31:16.000 --> 00:31:17.000
I see you, Loris.

00:31:17.000 --> 00:31:25.000
So… I have a very specific question regarding the act of expatriation.

00:31:25.000 --> 00:31:32.000
document, which I'm working on for Spain and also for other Spanish-speaking countries.

00:31:32.000 --> 00:31:36.000
In that document at the beginning, um, the American.

00:31:36.000 --> 00:31:41.000
one says, under the diversity class of the constitutions.

00:31:41.000 --> 00:31:49.000
I'm wondering if, for other countries that we don't have this set of three constitutions.

00:31:49.000 --> 00:31:54.000
Are we trying to go to the first instance when.

00:31:54.000 --> 00:32:03.000
People get the birth certificate done. As seen in Spain, for example, is 1870 when the birth certificate.

00:32:03.000 --> 00:32:09.000
fraud started on our names started going in caps in those documents.

00:32:09.000 --> 00:32:13.000
Do you think that is the way to go for other countries?

00:32:13.000 --> 00:32:14.000
Um…

00:32:14.000 --> 00:32:19.000
Can I interrupt one second? I am so sorry, uh, to do this, but I just received a message.

00:32:19.000 --> 00:32:27.000
Keith Black, could you unmute yourself, please?

00:32:27.000 --> 00:32:28.000
Hi, are you… hi.

00:32:28.000 --> 00:32:29.000
It's unmuted. And it's on.

00:32:29.000 --> 00:32:37.000
Uh, good evening. Are you a land and soil American?

00:32:37.000 --> 00:32:38.000
Oh, you're on Canada. Okay, I was just, um…

00:32:38.000 --> 00:32:41.000
I'm… I'm on Canada.

00:32:41.000 --> 00:32:45.000
I think somebody was concerned they didn't recognize you,

00:32:45.000 --> 00:32:47.000
Um, unless…

00:32:47.000 --> 00:32:48.000
I got the mess…

00:32:48.000 --> 00:32:50.000
Oh, we recognize him. He was removed from the Assembly for violations.

00:32:50.000 --> 00:32:52.000
Oh. Okay.

00:32:52.000 --> 00:32:57.000
Um, point of clarification, Lisa.

00:32:57.000 --> 00:33:00.000
Okay, on… on…

00:33:00.000 --> 00:33:02.000
So,

00:33:02.000 --> 00:33:03.000
All right, thanks, David. Um,

00:33:03.000 --> 00:33:05.000
TerraCanada, Lisa.

00:33:05.000 --> 00:33:09.000
I'm gonna go ahead and answer Dolores's question. So…

00:33:09.000 --> 00:33:14.000
Yes, it's really… it really goes back to where the center of

00:33:14.000 --> 00:33:18.000
of the citizenship issue begins.

00:33:18.000 --> 00:33:21.000
Okay? So if it began in… in…

00:33:21.000 --> 00:33:27.000
1870 in Spain, you would… you would cite that as your…

00:33:27.000 --> 00:33:31.000
Um, basically your… your…

00:33:31.000 --> 00:33:38.000
beginning of where you had a separation in the jurisdictions.

00:33:38.000 --> 00:33:39.000
Okay?

00:33:39.000 --> 00:33:47.000
Okay. And then, other countries like Australia also quote the fact that because it's a corporation, it's under the American one.

00:33:47.000 --> 00:33:53.000
So, because Spain is also a corporation, and we are all registered under the SEC.

00:33:53.000 --> 00:33:58.000
We should also do that. And keep the same.

00:33:58.000 --> 00:34:01.000
model that the Americans do? Would you do that 6?

00:34:01.000 --> 00:34:04.000
I would say… I would say yes.

00:34:04.000 --> 00:34:07.000
I… I mean, go ahead, Doug.

00:34:07.000 --> 00:34:08.000
If you've got a better answer.

00:34:08.000 --> 00:34:09.000
Okay.

00:34:09.000 --> 00:34:15.000
May I… Yeah. So, yeah, there's a, um… Uh, YouTube.

00:34:15.000 --> 00:34:21.000
channel called Scott Marble. And he did the whole.

00:34:21.000 --> 00:34:33.000
differentiation between the. Um, the letter from Queen Victoria and when the corporation.

00:34:33.000 --> 00:34:39.000
So when they change from the… The lion and the unicorn to the kiwi and the kangaroo.

00:34:39.000 --> 00:34:45.000
So, look up on YouTube for Scott Bartle, and he goes through all that for Australia. I yield.

00:34:45.000 --> 00:34:48.000
Is that B-A-R-T-L-E, or…?

00:34:48.000 --> 00:34:53.000
TTLE?

00:34:53.000 --> 00:34:54.000
Okay.

00:34:54.000 --> 00:34:55.000
one or two T's, I can't remember.

00:34:55.000 --> 00:34:58.000
I didn't catch the family name of this Scott.

00:34:58.000 --> 00:35:08.000
Bartle, um, I'll… Um, I'll put the, um… The link to his YouTube channel in the chat.

00:35:08.000 --> 00:35:09.000
Thanks, David.

00:35:09.000 --> 00:35:10.000
I yield.

00:35:10.000 --> 00:35:16.000
Thank you so much. Um, I'm trying to help other people from other countries, the Spanish speakers, so if I know in my head.

00:35:16.000 --> 00:35:19.000
what it is that we are supposed to do, then I can help.

00:35:19.000 --> 00:35:29.000
Other people, so I appreciate your input. And the other thing I wanted to say, Lisa, is just.

00:35:29.000 --> 00:35:33.000
a suggestion. I don't know if this is even possible, technically.

00:35:33.000 --> 00:35:38.000
But I noticed that, um… Uh, very often in this.

00:35:38.000 --> 00:35:48.000
calls, and on the Monday calls with Anna. Uh, we sometimes repeat the same questions to her, and I'm wondering whether.

00:35:48.000 --> 00:35:55.000
the WebEx platform has a system to have questions and answers that she has already done.

00:35:55.000 --> 00:36:04.000
And people can see the answers in previous. Um, locations, rather than ask again, because.

00:36:04.000 --> 00:36:12.000
I… sometimes I feel for… or sometimes not always, I feel for Anna that she is repeating the same thing.

00:36:12.000 --> 00:36:25.000
And it's really taking her energy, her time. And everybody else's energy and time, so if we could come up with a creative way of go and check this before.

00:36:25.000 --> 00:36:29.000
you ask Anna. I don't know if it's even possible, I don't know, but I just wanted to throw it out there.

00:36:29.000 --> 00:36:36.000
I've sat through about four and a half years of the same questions being asked, so yeah, it's…

00:36:36.000 --> 00:36:37.000
You know, I think… I think people need to begin to look at their state assembly websites,

00:36:37.000 --> 00:36:43.000
You know.

00:36:43.000 --> 00:36:45.000
And go over their affect cubes,

00:36:45.000 --> 00:36:49.000
There's, you know, there's so much out there now than there was.

00:36:49.000 --> 00:36:51.000
Um, you know, read the…

00:36:51.000 --> 00:36:56.000
at least the how to build an assembly handbook, so you're familiar with the process.

00:36:56.000 --> 00:36:58.000
Um, and, you know, there's… there's… Anna and I's podcast on

00:36:58.000 --> 00:37:02.000
Okay.

00:37:02.000 --> 00:37:06.000
some America, some assembly required on YouTube.

00:37:06.000 --> 00:37:11.000
And so it's… it's… there's plenty of information out there.

00:37:11.000 --> 00:37:16.000
Um, that if people take the time to study, to listen and study,

00:37:16.000 --> 00:37:23.000
they'll learn it. You know, unfortunately, a lot of people don't want to take that time. They want… they want it served on a spoon.

00:37:23.000 --> 00:37:32.000
Right? Um, and… and yeah, it's… it is… it's really hard to answer the same questions over and over again.

00:37:32.000 --> 00:37:36.000
But we're going to continue to do that, hopefully until everybody understands that

00:37:36.000 --> 00:37:43.000
Their job is to get their state assembly up, and then get their county assemblies up.

00:37:43.000 --> 00:37:45.000
So…

00:37:45.000 --> 00:37:46.000
Thank you, Doris.

00:37:46.000 --> 00:37:47.000
Okay, I yield. Thank you very much.

00:37:47.000 --> 00:37:50.000
Thank you, Dolores. Let's go… I'm sorry, go ahead.

00:37:50.000 --> 00:37:51.000
I got CCX.

00:37:51.000 --> 00:37:53.000
Did you want to choose? Yeah, I was gonna say that too.

00:37:53.000 --> 00:37:59.000
Well, this is, uh, Sherry. On Utah, and I… I thought I heard.

00:37:59.000 --> 00:38:00.000
Anna say that we could get our credential cards from GFG.

00:38:00.000 --> 00:38:04.000
Okay.

00:38:04.000 --> 00:38:06.000
And I'm wondering how to do that, and if not… Um, the way I did my paperwork was I… I did the declaration.

00:38:06.000 --> 00:38:12.000
Okay.

00:38:12.000 --> 00:38:18.000
political status with the patent of nativity, so I grandfathered myself into.

00:38:18.000 --> 00:38:29.000
the Constitution instead of the naturalization form. So, I'm wondering, first of all, since GFG's already accepted my paperwork, if I can get my credential card through them and how to do that.

00:38:29.000 --> 00:38:35.000
And then, if not, if the state assembly can accept my paperwork as it is.

00:38:35.000 --> 00:38:36.000
Okay, so… so, Sherry, you're not on a… what… what state are you on?

00:38:36.000 --> 00:38:40.000
through the LRO.

00:38:40.000 --> 00:38:41.000
Okay, so, um…

00:38:41.000 --> 00:38:45.000
Utah.

00:38:45.000 --> 00:38:49.000
So, with GFG, understand that… that they…

00:38:49.000 --> 00:38:57.000
Um, the credential card that there is… is a global… it's global, it's not particular to your state. Your state authority is not on that cart.

00:38:57.000 --> 00:39:00.000
Okay?

00:39:00.000 --> 00:39:01.000
Wait, hang on just a second, let me… let me finish.

00:39:01.000 --> 00:39:03.000
Okay, I'm… I'm… Okay. Sure.

00:39:03.000 --> 00:39:11.000
Um, so, you know, if your state has a credential card, I really encourage you to be able to publish

00:39:11.000 --> 00:39:19.000
And get your state credential card, which they do on the LRO, you can publish your documents and get your state credential card.

00:39:19.000 --> 00:39:24.000
Um, of course, anytime you publish your documents on Global Family or the LRO,

00:39:24.000 --> 00:39:29.000
They are in the public, and you're officially status corrected.

00:39:29.000 --> 00:39:35.000
Okay? With your two witnesses in your 1779. That's all it takes.

00:39:35.000 --> 00:39:43.000
But, um, you may want to then be able, once you get on your assembly, get to a recording secretary who can then

00:39:43.000 --> 00:39:47.000
Help you with your declaration of political status.

00:39:47.000 --> 00:39:54.000
Um, and your… your common carry declarations, because they don't do those, um, that I know of on, on Global Family.

00:39:54.000 --> 00:39:59.000
So, you've got… if you're… if you're looking to do all your 928, you can do those.

00:39:59.000 --> 00:40:02.000
With the exception of Common Carry and…

00:40:02.000 --> 00:40:07.000
Um, your, uh, declaration of political status, and you'll want to do those on your state.

00:40:07.000 --> 00:40:09.000
And then you're… and when your state

00:40:09.000 --> 00:40:16.000
When you can give your paperwork to the state, and I highly encourage you to do that, and um…

00:40:16.000 --> 00:40:18.000
be accepted onto your state.

00:40:18.000 --> 00:40:23.000
And open an LRO account and publish those documents then on the LRO.

00:40:23.000 --> 00:40:25.000
Okay?

00:40:25.000 --> 00:40:26.000
It's real simple.

00:40:26.000 --> 00:40:31.000
I still have, um, kind of some lingering questions there.

00:40:31.000 --> 00:40:38.000
Can you go over the difference between the global card and the state card? I was going to use it to get my, um, passport.

00:40:38.000 --> 00:40:46.000
And then, um… Also, I did hear you say the 1779, it's the naturalization form where you're naturalized.

00:40:46.000 --> 00:40:52.000
as an American state national, I did the patent of Nativity the grandfather way.

00:40:52.000 --> 00:40:59.000
from the David Lester Straightway, and. The recording secretary in Utah is fantastic, and so is the coordinator.

00:40:59.000 --> 00:41:01.000
She doesn't know if she can accept the paperwork the way I've done it.

00:41:01.000 --> 00:41:04.000
You can't… she can't.

00:41:04.000 --> 00:41:05.000
So, you can… you can do that as…

00:41:05.000 --> 00:41:07.000
She can. Okay, so I have to do the naturalization form.

00:41:07.000 --> 00:41:09.000
Yes. Yes.

00:41:09.000 --> 00:41:16.000
Okay, and then can you go over the difference between the global card and the state card, and if one is better than the other for the passport ID?

00:41:16.000 --> 00:41:24.000
So, um, both are IDs, however, and both meet most of the requirements.

00:41:24.000 --> 00:41:26.000
for ID, but…

00:41:26.000 --> 00:41:29.000
the… your state…

00:41:29.000 --> 00:41:36.000
And this is what I think a lot of people want to… don't realize about getting your state authority set up.

00:41:36.000 --> 00:41:41.000
Um, because our states hold higher authority than anything.

00:41:41.000 --> 00:41:45.000
Okay? Um, their jurisdiction…

00:41:45.000 --> 00:41:48.000
Um, is… is…

00:41:48.000 --> 00:41:51.000
in a way, higher than a global family

00:41:51.000 --> 00:41:53.000
group jurisdiction.

00:41:53.000 --> 00:42:01.000
Even though it's global, it is your nationality identity that you're establishing.

00:42:01.000 --> 00:42:08.000
And if you're going in to get your passport, you want that nationality well established.

00:42:08.000 --> 00:42:11.000
Not just a global…

00:42:11.000 --> 00:42:12.000
Yeah. So, I would say you're…

00:42:12.000 --> 00:42:16.000
Not the global. Okay, so that's kind of for the passport to get the state card.

00:42:16.000 --> 00:42:20.000
I'm still interested in the global card, though, like, how would we get that also, in addition?

00:42:20.000 --> 00:42:24.000
They don't have a global… they don't have the global cards out yet.

00:42:24.000 --> 00:42:28.000
So you… yeah.

00:42:28.000 --> 00:42:29.000
Cute. Okay.

00:42:29.000 --> 00:42:32.000
Oh, it's gonna be the one with our QR code. Okay, that answers all my questions, um… Thank you so much.

00:42:32.000 --> 00:42:34.000
You're welcome.

00:42:34.000 --> 00:42:35.000
Go ahead, Doug.

00:42:35.000 --> 00:42:43.000
It's Doug May. Yeah, the other thing is the LRO cards have the.

00:42:43.000 --> 00:42:44.000
identifier.

00:42:44.000 --> 00:42:47.000
PDF 417. which is the universal identif… As far as who it takes.

00:42:47.000 --> 00:42:52.000
This looks like dry is all good out.

00:42:52.000 --> 00:42:57.000
Sorry. Marlene, you got your mic. Marlene, your mic is open.

00:42:57.000 --> 00:42:58.000
Thanks.

00:42:58.000 --> 00:43:01.000
What is the PPF17? I don't know what that is. What is the PDF 417?

00:43:01.000 --> 00:43:04.000
So, if you scan the back of your driver's license,

00:43:04.000 --> 00:43:11.000
Um, you'll see that there's a barcode on the back of your driver's license that goes to, um,

00:43:11.000 --> 00:43:17.000
a database that has kind of just a quick rundown of all your information.

00:43:17.000 --> 00:43:19.000
And that's how law enforcement

00:43:19.000 --> 00:43:30.000
Yeah, Cynthia Pinkston's holding hers up. That's how law enforcement gets the rundown on your basic information.

00:43:30.000 --> 00:43:31.000
Right.

00:43:31.000 --> 00:43:37.000
Oh, gotcha. Okay, all right, thank you. I think I got all my questions answered. Thank you guys so much. So, I'm getting… I have to do the 1779 to get the state credential card. It's better to go through the state.

00:43:37.000 --> 00:43:38.000
Right.

00:43:38.000 --> 00:43:42.000
For the passport ID. Oh, and I want to contribute to this team. I did find.

00:43:42.000 --> 00:44:03.000
Um, it's a form. Oh, I'll put it in the chat when I find it. I think it's DS-71, but it's identifying witness form that you can use as an ID to get your passport. So I plan to use just my state credential card and that witness form. So you take somebody who's known you for 2 years with you when you go apply for your.

00:44:03.000 --> 00:44:14.000
passport, then you don't have any. state IDs, you don't have any credit cards, you don't give them your birth certificate, and I'm thinking that's how some people in Utah might be getting their 4 stars.

00:44:14.000 --> 00:44:15.000
So, yes.

00:44:15.000 --> 00:44:17.000
But just FYI, it's called an identity witness form.

00:44:17.000 --> 00:44:22.000
So, we actually have… you can use your two witness forms from the assembly, too.

00:44:22.000 --> 00:44:25.000
They're notarized, they're published.

00:44:25.000 --> 00:44:26.000
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.

00:44:26.000 --> 00:44:27.000
Oh, okay. Oh, okay, cool.

00:44:27.000 --> 00:44:32.000
Yeah, the Lester… the David Lester straight paperwork

00:44:32.000 --> 00:44:36.000
He was most interested in status correcting,

00:44:36.000 --> 00:44:42.000
truly U.S. citizens, those that worked for the federal government and municipal governments. So his paperwork is different.

00:44:42.000 --> 00:44:43.000
Because they have a dual citizenship to that.

00:44:43.000 --> 00:44:45.000
Yeah…

00:44:45.000 --> 00:44:50.000
So, we have our own paperwork, and we have our own dual citizenship forms for

00:44:50.000 --> 00:44:52.000
1779.

00:44:52.000 --> 00:44:56.000
Um, if you're a federal or municipal employee, so

00:44:56.000 --> 00:45:10.000
Um, you're going to want to use those, uh, because it's a total status correction, not a partial.

00:45:10.000 --> 00:45:13.000
Absolutely.

00:45:13.000 --> 00:45:14.000
All right.

00:45:14.000 --> 00:45:18.000
Yeah. Global did accept my David Straightway with the declaration with it, but, um, I think for the… you're saying for the credential card, I need to do the 1779 for the… Okay, got it. I'll let, um, the recording secretary in Utah know, and she can help me. Thank you.

00:45:18.000 --> 00:45:20.000
You're welcome. Doug?

00:45:20.000 --> 00:45:27.000
Go ahead.

00:45:27.000 --> 00:45:35.000
Doug, you're next. Did you want to… are you gonna leave your hand up for Anna?

00:45:35.000 --> 00:45:51.000
Um, maybe you'll know the answer to this. So in a year or so ago, when the… with the mortar.

00:45:51.000 --> 00:45:52.000
Oh.

00:45:52.000 --> 00:45:59.000
crisis. Uh, Anna mentioned something about the. Um… The border counties could… with a, um, a justice, and I'm… clerk and two witnesses.

00:45:59.000 --> 00:46:09.000
issue orders or something like that. Do you know anything about that? Or do… you know, so we could… operate, um, you know, like, I guess for Ritz.

00:46:09.000 --> 00:46:13.000
you know, rid of many animus, or… It was a rare thing like that.

00:46:13.000 --> 00:46:16.000
you know, I think the cons…

00:46:16.000 --> 00:46:21.000
I mean, you can always do directives, um, from your state assembly,

00:46:21.000 --> 00:46:27.000
But, um, if you've got… you're publicly elected, and again, publicly elected justice,

00:46:27.000 --> 00:46:33.000
Because otherwise, if you approach their… their, um, personnel with

00:46:33.000 --> 00:46:41.000
Um, someone who is not publicly elected, you run the risk that they charge them with impersonating an officer of the court.

00:46:41.000 --> 00:46:49.000
So, there's that… there's that thing about having an affirmation and being publicly elected that's really true about that.

00:46:49.000 --> 00:46:53.000
Otherwise, you know, you could do some directives to the…

00:46:53.000 --> 00:46:57.000
The County of Sheriff on that county to enforce

00:46:57.000 --> 00:47:01.000
The public law, and the public law side of things.

00:47:01.000 --> 00:47:04.000
Um, to be able to do that.

00:47:04.000 --> 00:47:09.000
Yeah, I was wondering if we could do it at the state level.

00:47:09.000 --> 00:47:14.000
State court?

00:47:14.000 --> 00:47:15.000
Yeah.

00:47:15.000 --> 00:47:26.000
Yeah, so if you have the Supreme Court. justice, and um… And the, uh, Supreme Court Clerk.

00:47:26.000 --> 00:47:27.000
between state court.

00:47:27.000 --> 00:47:28.000
And then, uh, assembly members could bring things.

00:47:28.000 --> 00:47:33.000
You mean state court, because your Supreme Courts are really on your counties.

00:47:33.000 --> 00:47:34.000
They're not at your stake.

00:47:34.000 --> 00:47:39.000
Yeah. Alright. Yeah, the chief… so the chief… you've got the Chief Justice.

00:47:39.000 --> 00:47:45.000
for the state and the, um.

00:47:45.000 --> 00:47:58.000
Clerk for that court. And then state… Um… Nationals could bring things before the court to get writs and whatnot. I yield.

00:47:58.000 --> 00:48:02.000
The important part is publicly elected.

00:48:02.000 --> 00:48:11.000
That's where you get your court standing from, is that authority of the state under a public election, they're no longer just

00:48:11.000 --> 00:48:15.000
Um, a, um…

00:48:15.000 --> 00:48:17.000
They're no longer just acting.

00:48:17.000 --> 00:48:20.000
They're… they're actually elected.

00:48:20.000 --> 00:48:22.000
And, um…

00:48:22.000 --> 00:48:27.000
And again, you know, you're… the… even at the state level,

00:48:27.000 --> 00:48:34.000
You have adjusted so-and-so, and they're not publicly elected, and you don't have any kind of an affirmation on them that way.

00:48:34.000 --> 00:48:40.000
They can say, hey, he's impersonating an officer of the court.

00:48:40.000 --> 00:48:43.000
Does the clerk have to be elected to, or is that on a… Okay.

00:48:43.000 --> 00:48:49.000
Yes. Court clerk is an elected… is a publicly elected position.

00:48:49.000 --> 00:48:51.000
Okay.

00:48:51.000 --> 00:48:56.000
Bambi?

00:48:56.000 --> 00:49:03.000
Hi Lisa, Bambi on Georgia. I'm just talking about the government shutdown.

00:49:03.000 --> 00:49:16.000
Um, we were on YouTube as that was being said, and there's, like, CBS, all these channels saying the government is… was reopened, Trump signed something and reopened it, I think, Monday night?

00:49:16.000 --> 00:49:29.000
Monday night, possibly Tuesday? Um, but, um… It's… it is open back up, and he signed something. Ishmael Perez is a young man we listen to.

00:49:29.000 --> 00:49:35.000
Quite often for geopolitical news, and uh… He also confirmed it, um.

00:49:35.000 --> 00:49:42.000
So I just want to let you know, I think it's open again.

00:49:42.000 --> 00:49:43.000
Yeah, I'm sure Anna will have a little more information on that when she gets on.

00:49:43.000 --> 00:49:46.000
No, but…

00:49:46.000 --> 00:49:49.000
Yeah. Yeah, just wanted to…

00:49:49.000 --> 00:49:51.000
let you know that's what we observed. Thank you, I guess.

00:49:51.000 --> 00:49:59.000
Yeah, they're probably using slush funds, our money, off-book money, to open and stay open.

00:49:59.000 --> 00:50:05.000
So, all right, um, David, did you still have a question you wanted to ask?

00:50:05.000 --> 00:50:07.000
Are you waiting for Anna?

00:50:07.000 --> 00:50:10.000
He's holding out.

00:50:10.000 --> 00:50:16.000
Okay, Deanna on Idaho?

00:50:16.000 --> 00:50:17.000
Yeah.

00:50:17.000 --> 00:50:37.000
Dina, thank you, Lisa, I appreciate it, yeah. Um, we got your… that… you have sent us email… the first set of emails to… Um… My camera's not working, I apologize. Um… to help set up our general assembly, and the charting the course for that.

00:50:37.000 --> 00:50:44.000
Is there a second… Um, PDF for that. I can have Hudson or David email you for.

00:50:44.000 --> 00:50:50.000
So, the only thing that I've got more than that is… is all of the documents that go with that chart.

00:50:50.000 --> 00:50:51.000
we're… we're good, okay?

00:50:51.000 --> 00:50:52.000
Okay.

00:50:52.000 --> 00:50:58.000
But right now, I don't have access to them. Uh, we've been redoing our server, so I'm…

00:50:58.000 --> 00:51:01.000
Still working on trying to get access to that. Um, unfortunately…

00:51:01.000 --> 00:51:02.000
Okay, just so I've done my part. Can you say that?

00:51:02.000 --> 00:51:09.000
Yeah, unfortunately, I'm not a server… I'm not a server guru. Um, so…

00:51:09.000 --> 00:51:10.000
Amen.

00:51:10.000 --> 00:51:17.000
I, I, uh… and it's probably not because I can't be, it's because I'm resisting not learning that, too, so…

00:51:17.000 --> 00:51:19.000
Um, so yeah.

00:51:19.000 --> 00:51:32.000
I'm with you. Nope, I just wanted to double check, you know, I know we all get so busy, and you are doing so much. I just kind of wanted to poke the bear a little bit without being a nuisance, so thank you for the update. I'll, uh… I'll hold off and just be patient.

00:51:32.000 --> 00:51:34.000
Hang in! I… I…

00:51:34.000 --> 00:51:35.000
Sorry. All right. Thanks.

00:51:35.000 --> 00:51:37.000
I appreciate you. No, alright, I appreciate you, thank you. I healed.

00:51:37.000 --> 00:51:39.000
Right. Uh-huh.

00:51:39.000 --> 00:51:53.000
Gregory.

00:51:53.000 --> 00:51:59.000
Okay, he put his hand down. All right, so hopefully I, uh, I, um…

00:51:59.000 --> 00:52:01.000
We've cleared most of the questions.

00:52:01.000 --> 00:52:08.000
And, um, Gregory says he can't unmute, so can you write your question in the…

00:52:08.000 --> 00:52:10.000
Chat, Gregory.

00:52:10.000 --> 00:52:15.000
Okay.

00:52:15.000 --> 00:52:37.000
You can do that. Write your question in, and then I'll read it.

00:52:37.000 --> 00:52:48.000
Okay…

00:52:48.000 --> 00:52:52.000
All right. I don't see it.

00:52:52.000 --> 00:52:54.000
Did you bring it?

00:52:54.000 --> 00:52:58.000
Uh, there's been an on…

00:52:58.000 --> 00:53:03.000
Okay. Yeah, everybody, let's… let's please behave.

00:53:03.000 --> 00:53:08.000
Let's… let's drop the finger-pointing, drop the dissension,

00:53:08.000 --> 00:53:12.000
You know, we're here to do a job, we're here to cooperate with each other.

00:53:12.000 --> 00:53:15.000
Alright, we're like a great big…

00:53:15.000 --> 00:53:21.000
On our state assembly and our country assemblies, we're like a giant puzzle.

00:53:21.000 --> 00:53:24.000
And each one of us has a little peace.

00:53:24.000 --> 00:53:26.000
that we want to contribute.

00:53:26.000 --> 00:53:31.000
You know? And sometimes, our ideas miss the mark.

00:53:31.000 --> 00:53:38.000
Sometimes our ideas, we have to learn that they are not ideas for our jurisdiction.

00:53:38.000 --> 00:53:43.000
And then sometimes we have spectacular ideas that no one else

00:53:43.000 --> 00:53:47.000
Um, seemed to come up with.

00:53:47.000 --> 00:53:54.000
I learned something new every day. If you're not learning something, at least one thing new every day,

00:53:54.000 --> 00:53:58.000
then you're not learning. You're sitting, and you're stagnating.

00:53:58.000 --> 00:54:02.000
Alright? So, you know, it's hard to hear…

00:54:02.000 --> 00:54:04.000
It's hard to hear the people who…

00:54:04.000 --> 00:54:08.000
descent, maybe have different ideas.

00:54:08.000 --> 00:54:12.000
But we're here to discuss those things and work them out.

00:54:12.000 --> 00:54:17.000
And we do that peacefully. We do that diplomatically.

00:54:17.000 --> 00:54:20.000
And if you can't do that diplomatically, then…

00:54:20.000 --> 00:54:22.000
Um, then you have to…

00:54:22.000 --> 00:54:27.000
Um, you know, your assembly's gonna have to deal with that.

00:54:27.000 --> 00:54:30.000
And that's… that is the way it is.

00:54:30.000 --> 00:54:35.000
The one thing that's short is if you keep fighting, you're never going to make any progress.

00:54:35.000 --> 00:54:37.000
Never.

00:54:37.000 --> 00:54:45.000
Alright, on the flip side, if we keep throwing people out of our assemblies, you're not gonna have any people to work either.

00:54:45.000 --> 00:54:50.000
So you, you know, everybody needs to just kind of take a step back, take a breath, and…

00:54:50.000 --> 00:54:54.000
and look at what… what… how you're conducting business.

00:54:54.000 --> 00:54:55.000
It's not… it's not easy.

00:54:55.000 --> 00:54:57.000
Yeah, can I speak, Lisa?

00:54:57.000 --> 00:55:02.000
Dave and I am not going to speak to any specific issue. I'm not going to allow it, okay?

00:55:02.000 --> 00:55:03.000
I'm just… alright?

00:55:03.000 --> 00:55:09.000
Alright. But you can't have people by sidestepping and making their own rules as they go.

00:55:09.000 --> 00:55:10.000
Well, that's… that's true. It's a… it's… it's…

00:55:10.000 --> 00:55:13.000
Either. That's all I'm saying.

00:55:13.000 --> 00:55:18.000
We govern by committee, and that should be enough for everybody to understand.

00:55:18.000 --> 00:55:19.000
That we govern by committee.

00:55:19.000 --> 00:55:21.000
Correct.

00:55:21.000 --> 00:55:23.000
Whether that's a committee of the whole,

00:55:23.000 --> 00:55:27.000
or individual committees that bring that forward to our General Assembly,

00:55:27.000 --> 00:55:29.000
We govern by committee.

00:55:29.000 --> 00:55:31.000
Okay? So…

00:55:31.000 --> 00:55:32.000
You know, the sooner everybody…

00:55:32.000 --> 00:55:40.000
Lisa, I'm sorry to interrupt you, but I am getting some communication, and I don't know the answer.

00:55:40.000 --> 00:55:47.000
Somebody has said that there is an AI companion on our meeting, and is that allowed?

00:55:47.000 --> 00:55:53.000
Uh, I would say no. You should remove it. And the way you can do that is just to click

00:55:53.000 --> 00:55:58.000
Kim, if you… if you click on whatever, wherever that is, there's three dots.

00:55:58.000 --> 00:56:00.000
And just remove it.

00:56:00.000 --> 00:56:04.000
I need to find it. If anybody can show me where that's.

00:56:04.000 --> 00:56:06.000
Request access for meeting.

00:56:06.000 --> 00:56:13.000
Uh, it'll be a flashing dash, uh… star at the top of your meeting window.

00:56:13.000 --> 00:56:20.000
Are you not sure that Michelle did that when she started it at the beginning because she didn't hand over host controls?

00:56:20.000 --> 00:56:22.000
Um,

00:56:22.000 --> 00:56:29.000
She did start the NODA. If we use NODA here, which is what we use in California,

00:56:29.000 --> 00:56:35.000
She did start that AI. I'm… I don't know… I'm trying to see this, but this

00:56:35.000 --> 00:56:41.000
keeps, um… Tim H. on Boulder is requesting you stop AI.

00:56:41.000 --> 00:56:44.000
Yes?

00:56:44.000 --> 00:56:45.000
Yes, I'm aware of that. I am receiving this message as though there is

00:56:45.000 --> 00:56:49.000
AI is running your transcriptions.

00:56:49.000 --> 00:56:54.000
a random AI on this? Is that…

00:56:54.000 --> 00:57:04.000
Okay, what I see is it's on the bar at the bottom, right alongside all the chat, React, every choice we have for meeting info, apps.

00:57:04.000 --> 00:57:05.000
So, I have on my screen right now, uh,

00:57:05.000 --> 00:57:07.000
It's right along here.

00:57:07.000 --> 00:57:21.000
notice that says, a participant has asked you to start meeting questions. Some participants may not have access to AI Companion based on the permissions set by the original host, and it's asking me to either start, deny, or deny all. I don't…

00:57:21.000 --> 00:57:29.000
A participant is asking me that. I don't even know… Tim H. on Boulder is requesting me to stop AI Companion.

00:57:29.000 --> 00:57:31.000
I don't think that that's gonna…

00:57:31.000 --> 00:57:40.000
I think… I need to figure out if this is our AI or a different AI. I'm… now I'm concerned. Sorry, um, Lisa.

00:57:40.000 --> 00:57:48.000
Okay, so, Kimmel, if you want to stop it, all you gotta do is click on the flashing light up there.

00:57:48.000 --> 00:57:52.000
If it's not a profile that's doing, just click on it.

00:57:52.000 --> 00:57:57.000
Oh… AI companion.

00:57:57.000 --> 00:57:58.000
There you go.

00:57:58.000 --> 00:58:02.000
Okay. Been enabled in this meeting below.

00:58:02.000 --> 00:58:05.000
Ask host to stop.

00:58:05.000 --> 00:58:09.000
Do you see it flashing up in the top bar, Kim?

00:58:09.000 --> 00:58:12.000
No?

00:58:12.000 --> 00:58:13.000
Oh. Yes.

00:58:13.000 --> 00:58:14.000
It's in the very top bar where it says Sign In. There's a shield, and there's a flat little…

00:58:14.000 --> 00:58:15.000
click on it.

00:58:15.000 --> 00:58:18.000
Yes. Okay, so is that not our transcription?

00:58:18.000 --> 00:58:20.000
I don't know.

00:58:20.000 --> 00:58:25.000
It could be.

00:58:25.000 --> 00:58:26.000
Okay.

00:58:26.000 --> 00:58:29.000
Okay, I don't want to stop it then.

00:58:29.000 --> 00:58:30.000
I don't want to shut it off.

00:58:30.000 --> 00:58:31.000
Kim?

00:58:31.000 --> 00:58:35.000
Kim, a more accurate statement would be that it's.

00:58:35.000 --> 00:58:37.000
Zoom's AI companion.

00:58:37.000 --> 00:58:44.000
Okay, that's fine. I just received this message as though it was a random AI recording us.

00:58:44.000 --> 00:58:45.000
No, no, nope, it's not random, it's just, it's part of, it's part of Zoom.

00:58:45.000 --> 00:58:52.000
Okay, okay, I apologize for the interruption. I am aware of the transcription, and I just thought that…

00:58:52.000 --> 00:58:59.000
this person must have thought that that was as well, which is fine, no problem. Thank you for the help, everyone. Please continue, Lisa.

00:58:59.000 --> 00:59:07.000
Okay, great. Um, Todd and Todd and Julie Branch?

00:59:07.000 --> 00:59:08.000
There you go. Yes.

00:59:08.000 --> 00:59:17.000
Hi there, can you hear me okay? Okay, so I just wanted to say that with regard to the last points that you were making, Lisa.

00:59:17.000 --> 00:59:25.000
Um, it's really advised that when people are. having controversy.

00:59:25.000 --> 00:59:30.000
Even in their own mind. That… that's an indicator.

00:59:30.000 --> 00:59:36.000
That it's time to do more learning, more research.

00:59:36.000 --> 00:59:45.000
Look for more information. Before you just start these bickering types of conversations, because.

00:59:45.000 --> 00:59:51.000
Ultimately, there is information that will help you resolve in your own.

00:59:51.000 --> 00:59:58.000
Peace of mind how things ought to be. The information is there.

00:59:58.000 --> 01:00:07.000
And no one should assume. Any position or authority or decision-making.

01:00:07.000 --> 01:00:12.000
powers, uh… to speak on behalf of their.

01:00:12.000 --> 01:00:21.000
assemblies, um, without… doing that type of work and bringing it forward to your assembly.

01:00:21.000 --> 01:00:22.000
Right.

01:00:22.000 --> 01:00:27.000
So, if you feel like you're getting to that point where there's controversy.

01:00:27.000 --> 01:00:34.000
Step back, look at yourself. and do some more reading, research, and.

01:00:34.000 --> 01:00:37.000
Support your own needs first. Thank you.

01:00:37.000 --> 01:00:40.000
Thank you, Julie. That's… that's… that's wise advice.

01:00:40.000 --> 01:00:46.000
Um, you know, often… often it's because we… we are entrenched in a position

01:00:46.000 --> 01:00:49.000
that we learned and we didn't want to unlearn it.

01:00:49.000 --> 01:00:51.000
So, thank you.

01:00:51.000 --> 01:00:53.000
Dolores.

01:00:53.000 --> 01:01:04.000
Um, I've seen somebody asking for Anna's Revolut on the messages, and I just wanted to say that Shannon told me on Monday.

01:01:04.000 --> 01:01:15.000
That, uh, the Revolut account of Anna is not working, or is being blocked at the moment because of the IRS, and he gave me his own revolutes account.

01:01:15.000 --> 01:01:21.000
To give the donations to him and he pass it on to Anna. So I don't know if people are aware of this.

01:01:21.000 --> 01:01:27.000
Not yet, I'm sure she'll be telling us. That's good that we know.

01:01:27.000 --> 01:01:32.000
Okay, thank you. Can you put that in the, um, that address in the chat, Dolores?

01:01:32.000 --> 01:01:34.000
That would be helpful.

01:01:34.000 --> 01:01:40.000
All right, thank you. Karen.

01:01:40.000 --> 01:01:42.000
Karen Sandler on Georgia.

01:01:42.000 --> 01:01:47.000
So, we're working really hard on Georgia, trying to get our drill assembly up and running.

01:01:47.000 --> 01:01:54.000
And I wanted… we have a lot of volunteers this week, and hopefully things will…

01:01:54.000 --> 01:02:00.000
start going better. But I had a question, I just wanted clarification on who can be a juror.

01:02:00.000 --> 01:02:03.000
So, in the, uh, How to Build an Assembly, um,

01:02:03.000 --> 01:02:07.000
Handbook, uh, Section 13 says anyone born…

01:02:07.000 --> 01:02:11.000
on the soil of one of the states, and who

01:02:11.000 --> 01:02:16.000
Uh, for swears all foreign allegiances, in other words, the act of expatriation,

01:02:16.000 --> 01:02:23.000
For federal territorial, or municipal status can serve as a juror in a state juroral assembly,

01:02:23.000 --> 01:02:25.000
Plus, they have dual citizenship.

01:02:25.000 --> 01:02:32.000
So, if… I just want to make sure I'm understanding this, that… so that means it can be American state nationals?

01:02:32.000 --> 01:02:36.000
and American state citizens, they don't have to do the 928.

01:02:36.000 --> 01:02:38.000
Am I right?

01:02:38.000 --> 01:02:40.000
Okay, so…

01:02:40.000 --> 01:02:44.000
Let me… let me go back over this, because…

01:02:44.000 --> 01:02:49.000
Anna has gone over this before, where there's great misunderstanding.

01:02:49.000 --> 01:02:53.000
Eventually, the 928s are gonna go away.

01:02:53.000 --> 01:03:01.000
They're gonna go away. When we get acquiescence from the other side, or at least recognition from the other side,

01:03:01.000 --> 01:03:07.000
Those 928s are no longer going to be needed to explain who we are and what our authorities are.

01:03:07.000 --> 01:03:12.000
Right? So eventually, a 1779 is going to stand,

01:03:12.000 --> 01:03:14.000
as, um…

01:03:14.000 --> 01:03:17.000
the be-all, end-all of status correction.

01:03:17.000 --> 01:03:23.000
Okay. For right now, the 928s is really recommended for anyone that

01:03:23.000 --> 01:03:25.000
that… that wants to take on…

01:03:25.000 --> 01:03:29.000
Um, and be citizen eligible.

01:03:29.000 --> 01:03:36.000
Alright? And I say citizen eligible because you're not a citizen until you're actually standing up and doing the work.

01:03:36.000 --> 01:03:38.000
of a citizen.

01:03:38.000 --> 01:03:40.000
Okay? You have to be actively…

01:03:40.000 --> 01:03:43.000
working. In committees,

01:03:43.000 --> 01:03:47.000
And, uh, chair of a committee, elected office,

01:03:47.000 --> 01:03:50.000
Um, and being a juror.

01:03:50.000 --> 01:03:53.000
That makes you temporarily a citizen.

01:03:53.000 --> 01:03:56.000
We move in and out of the status of citizen.

01:03:56.000 --> 01:03:59.000
When we're jurors, okay?

01:03:59.000 --> 01:04:03.000
And so we were just going over this tonight in our own Dural Assembly. Again,

01:04:03.000 --> 01:04:10.000
clarifying it, because we have the National Soil Jurisdiction, which is county,

01:04:10.000 --> 01:04:12.000
Where anyone can be a juror.

01:04:12.000 --> 01:04:16.000
Doesn't matter if you're ASN or an ASC.

01:04:16.000 --> 01:04:22.000
It doesn't even… you can even be a tailsman, which is a U.S. citizen, as long as you…

01:04:22.000 --> 01:04:28.000
Um, say that you're gonna uphold the public law, affirm that you're gonna hold the public law.

01:04:28.000 --> 01:04:33.000
That's at the county level, okay, national soil jurisdiction.

01:04:33.000 --> 01:04:38.000
But at the state level, which is where we're all starting,

01:04:38.000 --> 01:04:43.000
Um, it depends on what the trial is, because right now, we're practicing

01:04:43.000 --> 01:04:45.000
general, concurrent…

01:04:45.000 --> 01:04:48.000
Um, superior jurisdiction.

01:04:48.000 --> 01:04:54.000
So, we can have a man, and a man and a man in our court.

01:04:54.000 --> 01:04:59.000
And anybody, any ASN can be the juror.

01:04:59.000 --> 01:05:04.000
But the minute we step into an international situation,

01:05:04.000 --> 01:05:11.000
Where we're… we're going against, say, um, the state of Ohio, or the state of Georgia,

01:05:11.000 --> 01:05:21.000
or we're going against, uh, you know, a judge on a municipal court, or something like that, where we step out of our land jurisdiction,

01:05:21.000 --> 01:05:27.000
Or we're not just in our land jurisdiction, but we're opposing also the maritime jurisdiction.

01:05:27.000 --> 01:05:31.000
That's where it's important to be a citizen.

01:05:31.000 --> 01:05:34.000
Okay? Because some of your protection

01:05:34.000 --> 01:05:37.000
And the extended explanation of

01:05:37.000 --> 01:05:41.000
who you are and what your authority is is in those 928s.

01:05:41.000 --> 01:05:43.000
Spelled out for them, because…

01:05:43.000 --> 01:05:45.000
Lord knows they need more…

01:05:45.000 --> 01:05:50.000
More learning, right? We gotta spell it out for them.

01:05:50.000 --> 01:05:53.000
So, that's… that's really what's going on.

01:05:53.000 --> 01:05:56.000
Eventually, it won't be really needed.

01:05:56.000 --> 01:06:00.000
Okay? So, um…

01:06:00.000 --> 01:06:06.000
So at the state court level, you can have an ASN, as long as right now,

01:06:06.000 --> 01:06:09.000
If it's between a man and a man.

01:06:09.000 --> 01:06:14.000
The minute you step over into the de facto, or you've got a man and a U.S. citizen.

01:06:14.000 --> 01:06:17.000
That's another category, okay?

01:06:17.000 --> 01:06:20.000
Or, you know, a person.

01:06:20.000 --> 01:06:24.000
A man and a person. A judge.

01:06:24.000 --> 01:06:26.000
or a man in a corporation.

01:06:26.000 --> 01:06:29.000
Those are all international cases.

01:06:29.000 --> 01:06:31.000
And that's where your… your…

01:06:31.000 --> 01:06:35.000
928s come in handy.

01:06:35.000 --> 01:06:36.000
Okay? Uh, required.

01:06:36.000 --> 01:06:37.000
Right. Thank you very much.

01:06:37.000 --> 01:06:41.000
Okay, any… anytime you step out of…

01:06:41.000 --> 01:06:45.000
out of the county kind of jurisdiction.

01:06:45.000 --> 01:06:52.000
You know, it tends to be… it can… it's a good guideline to look at where you're stepping and who's involved.

01:06:52.000 --> 01:06:57.000
Okay? To determine jurisdiction.

01:06:57.000 --> 01:06:59.000
Okay? Alright.

01:06:59.000 --> 01:07:05.000
So, in anticipation of hopefully Anna coming real soon, she asked me to tell you a story.

01:07:05.000 --> 01:07:11.000
Tonight. And… and hopefully that's gonna help explain

01:07:11.000 --> 01:07:15.000
Um, sort of what she's gonna come in and maybe tell you.

01:07:15.000 --> 01:07:20.000
So, story time. I hope I don't bore you to death.

01:07:20.000 --> 01:07:23.000
So, you know, I've always been kind of an impetuous

01:07:23.000 --> 01:07:27.000
kind of girl. Uh, not very afraid of too much.

01:07:27.000 --> 01:07:31.000
And when I was in college, I was an art major.

01:07:31.000 --> 01:07:37.000
Just a plain old little art feature. I wanted to be an art teacher. That's what I wanted to be.

01:07:37.000 --> 01:07:40.000
And, um…

01:07:40.000 --> 01:07:48.000
And I was actually teaching at the college level, and teaching community classes at the college level as a freshman.

01:07:48.000 --> 01:07:55.000
And so, my freshman year was just a wonderful kind of bucolic kind of year, and I went into my

01:07:55.000 --> 01:07:57.000
sophomore year, and I'm hearing…

01:07:57.000 --> 01:08:00.000
rumors that they're gonna close the art department.

01:08:00.000 --> 01:08:05.000
at the college, which meant I wasn't going to be able to go forward with my major.

01:08:05.000 --> 01:08:08.000
Um, I heard that there were…

01:08:08.000 --> 01:08:10.000
community members that were grumbling.

01:08:10.000 --> 01:08:15.000
And I knew quite a few, because I had helped start some programs to the local community for

01:08:15.000 --> 01:08:18.000
You know, adopt a grandparent.

01:08:18.000 --> 01:08:21.000
we started a program like that at the college, where the college kids

01:08:21.000 --> 01:08:26.000
went… we went to the nursing… local nursing home and read to the…

01:08:26.000 --> 01:08:28.000
to the, um, elderly that were there.

01:08:28.000 --> 01:08:31.000
visited with them, spent time with them.

01:08:31.000 --> 01:08:34.000
And they, all of a sudden, tales of…

01:08:34.000 --> 01:08:41.000
Well, you know, I donated all this money, and they wanted to put signs up on campus, and I really believe in that project, but…

01:08:41.000 --> 01:08:44.000
The signs have never appeared.

01:08:44.000 --> 01:08:48.000
Really? That's kind of interesting.

01:08:48.000 --> 01:08:55.000
So I go back over the board notes, no mention of signs or any budget item on signs, and…

01:08:55.000 --> 01:08:59.000
And things, and then somebody else said, well, you know, I donated some money

01:08:59.000 --> 01:09:05.000
towards… I paid… I was able to pay… I paid for 2 more years

01:09:05.000 --> 01:09:07.000
of the… of the salaries,

01:09:07.000 --> 01:09:11.000
For the art professors to keep the art department open.

01:09:11.000 --> 01:09:14.000
I went back to the budget, and I'm looking at the budget.

01:09:14.000 --> 01:09:20.000
Not mentioned in the budget, the donation isn't mentioned in the budget either.

01:09:20.000 --> 01:09:24.000
Now, Lisa was raised in family businesses.

01:09:24.000 --> 01:09:26.000
My mother was a bookkeeper.

01:09:26.000 --> 01:09:29.000
Okay? She was a consummate,

01:09:29.000 --> 01:09:34.000
bookkeeper. Man, at the end of the month, if there was a penny missing, she was going to go find it.

01:09:34.000 --> 01:09:37.000
Okay? Right down to the…

01:09:37.000 --> 01:09:39.000
Nub.

01:09:39.000 --> 01:09:41.000
to the balance.

01:09:41.000 --> 01:09:45.000
And so, I started kind of…

01:09:45.000 --> 01:09:52.000
nosing around a little bit, asking a few questions, because I've always been a question asker.

01:09:52.000 --> 01:09:54.000
And…

01:09:54.000 --> 01:09:57.000
I had a friend that worked in the…

01:09:57.000 --> 01:10:01.000
In the bookkeeping department of the college.

01:10:01.000 --> 01:10:04.000
So I went to her, and, um…

01:10:04.000 --> 01:10:06.000
we were getting ready to go out, and she…

01:10:06.000 --> 01:10:14.000
And I… and we were going to meet for dinner and a… and a beer, you know, after class and after everything that day.

01:10:14.000 --> 01:10:16.000
And she says, well, I might be late.

01:10:16.000 --> 01:10:19.000
She says, I've got to take and…

01:10:19.000 --> 01:10:24.000
Um, copy over these books onto this second set of books.

01:10:24.000 --> 01:10:30.000
When my ears went right up, right? Because I knew that in bookkeeping,

01:10:30.000 --> 01:10:32.000
A second set of books is illegal.

01:10:32.000 --> 01:10:36.000
Right? Having two sets and having an off book.

01:10:36.000 --> 01:10:38.000
There it is.

01:10:38.000 --> 01:10:54.000
And I thought, I'm starting to put the pieces together, I'm here in the community gripe, I'm hearing the people who are saying they're donating money and it's not showing up. I'm not seeing it in a budget, I'm not seeing it in the donation that acknowledgements or anything.

01:10:54.000 --> 01:10:59.000
And looked at her and I said, you wouldn't happen to be able to get me a copy of those.

01:10:59.000 --> 01:11:02.000
a copy of the… both…

01:11:02.000 --> 01:11:06.000
books like the same ledger pages.

01:11:06.000 --> 01:11:08.000
And she said, um…

01:11:08.000 --> 01:11:12.000
Sure, she says, my one… she goes, the one…

01:11:12.000 --> 01:11:16.000
Over here, she says, I write in ink.

01:11:16.000 --> 01:11:20.000
Um, and she says, and this one over here, she says,

01:11:20.000 --> 01:11:23.000
I actually take, and she said,

01:11:23.000 --> 01:11:26.000
I have to write the numbers in pencil.

01:11:26.000 --> 01:11:30.000
What?! What?! Right?

01:11:30.000 --> 01:11:31.000
Okay.

01:11:31.000 --> 01:11:33.000
And then she gives somebody.

01:11:33.000 --> 01:11:34.000
Wow.

01:11:34.000 --> 01:11:41.000
So, I turned around, and I got copies, and I had her get a few more copies here and there, told her to be very careful.

01:11:41.000 --> 01:11:44.000
And I started comparing the ledgers,

01:11:44.000 --> 01:11:46.000
And I'm starting to see…

01:11:46.000 --> 01:11:48.000
And I… and I had her go back.

01:11:48.000 --> 01:11:54.000
So, it wasn't the current ledger she was working on, it was, like, 2 months before that.

01:11:54.000 --> 01:11:56.000
Right?

01:11:56.000 --> 01:12:02.000
And at 17, 18 years old, that's… that's all I was.

01:12:02.000 --> 01:12:04.000
I had enough…

01:12:04.000 --> 01:12:06.000
knowledge and smarts to say,

01:12:06.000 --> 01:12:10.000
There's something rotten in Denmark, right?

01:12:10.000 --> 01:12:14.000
And I'm looking at the ledgers, and they're not matching.

01:12:14.000 --> 01:12:18.000
This is in a second set of books, this is embezzlement.

01:12:18.000 --> 01:12:21.000
So I started taking the copies of those,

01:12:21.000 --> 01:12:25.000
And I started sending them to my parents,

01:12:25.000 --> 01:12:29.000
And to my family lawyer.

01:12:29.000 --> 01:12:32.000
And it wasn't long after that, all of a sudden,

01:12:32.000 --> 01:12:37.000
My college dorm room got raided while I was at class.

01:12:37.000 --> 01:12:38.000
They turned my room upside down.

01:12:38.000 --> 01:12:40.000
I came back to a mess.

01:12:40.000 --> 01:12:43.000
They didn't find anything.

01:12:43.000 --> 01:12:46.000
Because the copy that I had

01:12:46.000 --> 01:12:52.000
And I also, back then, um, I wasn't a wealthy girl. I sowed my own clothes.

01:12:52.000 --> 01:12:59.000
And I was a teacher, so I had to wear a suit coat, but my mother always hated that I didn't tack under the arms of my suit coat.

01:12:59.000 --> 01:13:04.000
But that also meant the linings were open, and I could slide documents down the sleeves.

01:13:04.000 --> 01:13:07.000
And no one would ever know the difference.

01:13:07.000 --> 01:13:10.000
Yep. I did it.

01:13:10.000 --> 01:13:16.000
Okay? They searched my room, and they never did find the documents I had.

01:13:16.000 --> 01:13:19.000
And I started a campaign.

01:13:19.000 --> 01:13:22.000
with the student… with the student, uh…

01:13:22.000 --> 01:13:26.000
government, and with the community.

01:13:26.000 --> 01:13:28.000
And I went after him.

01:13:28.000 --> 01:13:31.000
I did it very carefully.

01:13:31.000 --> 01:13:39.000
And I had made some friends in the community, and one of the friends that I had, I didn't realize she was best friends with the sheriff.

01:13:39.000 --> 01:13:44.000
And so one night after the second time they had tossed my room,

01:13:44.000 --> 01:13:49.000
And also, they had called my parents when I was home on a long weekend,

01:13:49.000 --> 01:13:52.000
And told them I had unenrolled from the college.

01:13:52.000 --> 01:14:02.000
I was sitting right in front of my mother when the college president called to tell them that I was a problem and that I had unenrolled from the college.

01:14:02.000 --> 01:14:07.000
And my mother looked at me and she goes, did you unenroll from the college? I said, give me the phone.

01:14:07.000 --> 01:14:10.000
And I said, you lying sack.

01:14:10.000 --> 01:14:13.000
I said, I will be there in 2 hours.

01:14:13.000 --> 01:14:16.000
And I said, you and I are going to have a talk.

01:14:16.000 --> 01:14:20.000
Okay? And I'm… I barged into his office, and I let him know.

01:14:20.000 --> 01:14:24.000
I let him know. His days were numbered.

01:14:24.000 --> 01:14:26.000
Okay?

01:14:26.000 --> 01:14:31.000
Now, I… that's pretty… pretty bold, right?

01:14:31.000 --> 01:14:35.000
But I told my friend that was there that knew the sheriff,

01:14:35.000 --> 01:14:40.000
what I saw, took my evidence out to her house.

01:14:40.000 --> 01:14:43.000
And started hiding it there after the second

01:14:43.000 --> 01:14:47.000
Second, uh, raid on my room.

01:14:47.000 --> 01:14:50.000
And she called me, and she said,

01:14:50.000 --> 01:14:52.000
I need you to come out here tonight. She said,

01:14:52.000 --> 01:14:56.000
Um, she said, come to the barn.

01:14:56.000 --> 01:14:59.000
When I got there, the sheriff was there.

01:14:59.000 --> 01:15:03.000
And the board of directors of the college.

01:15:03.000 --> 01:15:12.000
were there. And I laid it all out for them, exactly what was going on, and the differences in the ledgers.

01:15:12.000 --> 01:15:17.000
And one of those board members was a certified accountant.

01:15:17.000 --> 01:15:21.000
And he right away called a forensic accountant.

01:15:21.000 --> 01:15:24.000
And the sheriff said there was enough evidence there.

01:15:24.000 --> 01:15:30.000
That they turned around, and we were about 2 weeks from school ending.

01:15:30.000 --> 01:15:36.000
And so they had to let it sit until the end of school so the seniors could graduate.

01:15:36.000 --> 01:15:40.000
I didn't save the art department.

01:15:40.000 --> 01:15:42.000
Okay? I had to go to another school.

01:15:42.000 --> 01:15:49.000
I finished my education up at Miami University of, um, in Oxford, Ohio.

01:15:49.000 --> 01:15:51.000
Um,

01:15:51.000 --> 01:15:53.000
But that summer,

01:15:53.000 --> 01:15:57.000
And it was the summer of 78.

01:15:57.000 --> 01:16:03.000
Um, the entire… the president, the vice president, the academic dean,

01:16:03.000 --> 01:16:07.000
the financial director and the assistant financial director

01:16:07.000 --> 01:16:09.000
all went to prison.

01:16:09.000 --> 01:16:13.000
It cleaned the entire administration of the college out.

01:16:13.000 --> 01:16:18.000
And then they had to rebuild the college. Today, it stands as a university.

01:16:18.000 --> 01:16:24.000
It recovered, and they were able to recover most of the embezzled money, the funds.

01:16:24.000 --> 01:16:28.000
And get the college back on track, but it was too late for me.

01:16:28.000 --> 01:16:35.000
While that was happening, for them to open the art department didn't open until the year I got married.

01:16:35.000 --> 01:16:38.000
Um, and so…

01:16:38.000 --> 01:16:41.000
That's sort of what we're looking at.

01:16:41.000 --> 01:16:43.000
in our federal government.

01:16:43.000 --> 01:16:49.000
And Anna asked me to explain to you what the double set of books means.

01:16:49.000 --> 01:16:56.000
So that when she comes on and she talks about that, that you comprehend what double sets of books mean.

01:16:56.000 --> 01:16:59.000
And so what I was looking at was

01:16:59.000 --> 01:17:02.000
Um, where they would take

01:17:02.000 --> 01:17:05.000
And it's about setting up a fake book,

01:17:05.000 --> 01:17:07.000
And a real book.

01:17:07.000 --> 01:17:10.000
The real book stays hidden.

01:17:10.000 --> 01:17:14.000
That's where they… that's where they… the actual cost

01:17:14.000 --> 01:17:16.000
And the actual revenue is

01:17:16.000 --> 01:17:21.000
And that's where they take their portion of it out.

01:17:21.000 --> 01:17:23.000
The fake book says,

01:17:23.000 --> 01:17:30.000
Oh, look! The toilet seats cost $2,000, not $8.

01:17:30.000 --> 01:17:33.000
Oh, look! The hammers cost $500!

01:17:33.000 --> 01:17:38.000
not 650.

01:17:38.000 --> 01:17:41.000
And they take that…

01:17:41.000 --> 01:17:45.000
that loss that you're looking at. Sometimes it's even in

01:17:45.000 --> 01:17:52.000
Sometimes they balance the books like they did in 19… what was it, 84 or 88?

01:17:52.000 --> 01:17:56.000
And sometimes, it's at a deficit.

01:17:56.000 --> 01:17:59.000
like what it is right now.

01:17:59.000 --> 01:18:01.000
And it gets to be such a deficit.

01:18:01.000 --> 01:18:03.000
And nobody cares.

01:18:03.000 --> 01:18:06.000
It keeps operating.

01:18:06.000 --> 01:18:11.000
But it's actually had all of its money siphoned off

01:18:11.000 --> 01:18:13.000
In the expenses.

01:18:13.000 --> 01:18:17.000
The other thing that they do is they set up dummy vendors.

01:18:17.000 --> 01:18:20.000
And they might dummy a vendor.

01:18:20.000 --> 01:18:28.000
And… it'll look like all these expenses with a dummy… with a dummy vendor stuck in between.

01:18:28.000 --> 01:18:31.000
And then they write themselves checks that way.

01:18:31.000 --> 01:18:34.000
That was what USAD

01:18:34.000 --> 01:18:36.000
AID was doing.

01:18:36.000 --> 01:18:38.000
Okay?

01:18:38.000 --> 01:18:42.000
So, when Anna… when Anna talks about a double set of books,

01:18:42.000 --> 01:18:48.000
That's the easiest way to explain it back to your assemblies, because she's going to be talking about it.

01:18:48.000 --> 01:18:52.000
Okay? And even right down to…

01:18:52.000 --> 01:18:56.000
Um, she had told me that… that QFS…

01:18:56.000 --> 01:18:59.000
is a British…

01:18:59.000 --> 01:19:02.000
corporation. They found it.

01:19:02.000 --> 01:19:05.000
And… and it… they're essentially…

01:19:05.000 --> 01:19:11.000
doing the same thing with the double books. They're gonna try to steal the money, they're gonna offer you this…

01:19:11.000 --> 01:19:13.000
you know, bone.

01:19:13.000 --> 01:19:16.000
And the rest of your money, they're gonna write off the books.

01:19:16.000 --> 01:19:21.000
That's why she told you, don't accept any payments. Make sure that if you get that payment,

01:19:21.000 --> 01:19:27.000
That you say that it is in receipt of partial payment.

01:19:27.000 --> 01:19:29.000
Okay?

01:19:29.000 --> 01:19:34.000
So, um, so that's my tale, and I tell that to give you an example.

01:19:34.000 --> 01:19:37.000
of what is actually going on,

01:19:37.000 --> 01:19:42.000
within the municipal, within the federal, and probably within your local county,

01:19:42.000 --> 01:19:46.000
County ofs, if they've been a long time entrenched.

01:19:46.000 --> 01:19:49.000
because they passed the practice down.

01:19:49.000 --> 01:19:53.000
Once they can get you in the club, they can silence you by the deceit.

01:19:53.000 --> 01:19:55.000
Right?

01:19:55.000 --> 01:19:58.000
So, um…

01:19:58.000 --> 01:20:03.000
So, in some ways, I've been at this a very long time. I didn't know I would end up here.

01:20:03.000 --> 01:20:08.000
But, um, it's a good example of how…

01:20:08.000 --> 01:20:11.000
how the double booking works.

01:20:11.000 --> 01:20:20.000
Okay. Bambi, your hands raised.

01:20:20.000 --> 01:20:28.000
Nope, she wait… waiting on Anna.

01:20:28.000 --> 01:20:31.000
I'll take it down. I must have, uh, not lowered it before.

01:20:31.000 --> 01:20:32.000
I yield.

01:20:32.000 --> 01:20:38.000
Sure. So, so yeah, they, they off-booked the CAFRA accounts, those are all off-book accounts.

01:20:38.000 --> 01:20:41.000
slash funds, so to speak.

01:20:41.000 --> 01:20:44.000
Some of it's just, you know,

01:20:44.000 --> 01:20:46.000
Um, on money, that's…

01:20:46.000 --> 01:20:49.000
You know, in many ways, that's…

01:20:49.000 --> 01:20:51.000
Um…

01:20:51.000 --> 01:20:56.000
That's exactly what is going on within the federal and municipal governments.

01:20:56.000 --> 01:20:59.000
Okay. So…

01:20:59.000 --> 01:21:02.000
Um…

01:21:02.000 --> 01:21:11.000
So, did anybody have any questions? Does it explain it well for you?

01:21:11.000 --> 01:21:13.000
Okay. Alright.

01:21:13.000 --> 01:21:22.000
Do you think… I do have… I'm sorry, I have a question. Do you think that this, the actual evidence, is gonna be presented, like…

01:21:22.000 --> 01:21:30.000
As… as, uh, the exposes roll out, as the changes happen, do you think that there's going to be a time where

01:21:30.000 --> 01:21:37.000
the masses are going to be exposed to the evidence so that…

01:21:37.000 --> 01:21:40.000
you know, they sort of wake up faster, if you will.

01:21:40.000 --> 01:21:44.000
Well, you would hope so. I, you know, I… I… I…

01:21:44.000 --> 01:21:48.000
I think they're gonna give some of that, Kim.

01:21:48.000 --> 01:21:51.000
But I think if they gave the… the…

01:21:51.000 --> 01:21:54.000
total amount out.

01:21:54.000 --> 01:21:56.000
there would be lynchings.

01:21:56.000 --> 01:22:03.000
Um, and… and the people would… would basically… I mean, it would look like the French Revolution. It really would.

01:22:03.000 --> 01:22:04.000
Yeah.

01:22:04.000 --> 01:22:06.000
Um, throughout the entire country.

01:22:06.000 --> 01:22:11.000
And there would be bloodshed. There would be unrest, there would be bloodshed.

01:22:11.000 --> 01:22:15.000
So I think, realistically, we have to think about the fact that

01:22:15.000 --> 01:22:20.000
Um, it's gonna be something that's gonna be eventual knowledge.

01:22:20.000 --> 01:22:27.000
But right now, just to keep the peace and get things straightened around, it's very possible that not everything's gonna come out.

01:22:27.000 --> 01:22:30.000
They're gonna have scapegoats, you know? They're gonna have…

01:22:30.000 --> 01:22:34.000
They're gonna have poster children that they're gonna roll out.

01:22:34.000 --> 01:22:38.000
Um, that's their offering of a head on a platter.

01:22:38.000 --> 01:22:39.000
Right? But…

01:22:39.000 --> 01:22:42.000
Yeah, Andrew thing in England as an example.

01:22:42.000 --> 01:22:50.000
Exactly, exactly. So, you're gonna see them make examples of a few people when they're all guilty.

01:22:50.000 --> 01:22:53.000
Okay, they've already set their fall guys out.

01:22:53.000 --> 01:22:55.000
So, um…

01:22:55.000 --> 01:22:58.000
So it's, um…

01:22:58.000 --> 01:23:03.000
I see Marvin says Donald J. Trump is calling a $2,000 offer

01:23:03.000 --> 01:23:06.000
to… to…

01:23:06.000 --> 01:23:10.000
Social Security dividend?

01:23:10.000 --> 01:23:13.000
What do we do about this? Well, if you get one,

01:23:13.000 --> 01:23:18.000
You write them a nice thank you letter, and you say, thank you, I've received this impartial payment.

01:23:18.000 --> 01:23:24.000
Because they owe you a whole lot more than $2,000, and you can acknowledge receiving it,

01:23:24.000 --> 01:23:28.000
But you're… you're only getting partial payment on it.

01:23:28.000 --> 01:23:30.000
Okay?

01:23:30.000 --> 01:23:33.000
Um, so…

01:23:33.000 --> 01:23:39.000
Um, and I would… and I would acknowledge it as a gift.

01:23:39.000 --> 01:23:41.000
Right? Not as income.

01:23:41.000 --> 01:23:44.000
Make sure you make that designation.

01:23:44.000 --> 01:23:46.000
that it's… that it's a gift.

01:23:46.000 --> 01:23:51.000
Um, so, yeah, you don't wanna, you don't wanna…

01:23:51.000 --> 01:23:55.000
contract back into their jurisdiction with their… with their…

01:23:55.000 --> 01:23:56.000
Blood money. Okay.

01:23:56.000 --> 01:23:58.000
And keep a copy of that.

01:23:58.000 --> 01:24:00.000
Oh, absolutely!

01:24:00.000 --> 01:24:04.000
Absolutely. Okay.

01:24:04.000 --> 01:24:05.000
Alright. Marriott.

01:24:05.000 --> 01:24:11.000
Does Mari or Tony have a question for Lisa, or are your hands for Anna?

01:24:11.000 --> 01:24:12.000
Mary?

01:24:12.000 --> 01:24:13.000
I'm sorry, Mary.

01:24:13.000 --> 01:24:16.000
That's alright.

01:24:16.000 --> 01:24:18.000
You're muted, Mary.

01:24:18.000 --> 01:24:19.000
Get your talker on.

01:24:19.000 --> 01:24:20.000
My question is, Lisa.

01:24:20.000 --> 01:24:31.000
God got it. I just have an additional comment, um, in addition to about that, that $2,000 of, uh, fraudulent money that.

01:24:31.000 --> 01:24:40.000
Donald Trump wants to give everybody. you have to file taxes in order to get it, so if you're not a taxpayer, you're not filing taxes, so you shouldn't just be receiving it.

01:24:40.000 --> 01:24:41.000
Unless you're still filing taxes.

01:24:41.000 --> 01:24:47.000
Right. Well, and it's based on the tax year before, so anybody, if you're new people,

01:24:47.000 --> 01:24:49.000
You may want to just warn them,

01:24:49.000 --> 01:24:50.000
Because they would be eligible to receive it.

01:24:50.000 --> 01:24:52.000
Right.

01:24:52.000 --> 01:24:53.000
And that would contract them back in.

01:24:53.000 --> 01:24:55.000
Hmm.

01:24:55.000 --> 01:24:59.000
So you want to go back to your assemblies and make sure that your new people know

01:24:59.000 --> 01:25:01.000
that there's a possibility

01:25:01.000 --> 01:25:02.000
you know, that they could receive those funds.

01:25:02.000 --> 01:25:06.000
Good. Good point, thank you.

01:25:06.000 --> 01:25:07.000
In which case, if they want to do something honorable with the blood money, they could donate it to the assembly, right?

01:25:07.000 --> 01:25:12.000
I yield.

01:25:12.000 --> 01:25:13.000
Oh, that'd be amazing.

01:25:13.000 --> 01:25:14.000
I can wish.

01:25:14.000 --> 01:25:16.000
Yeah.

01:25:16.000 --> 01:25:23.000
Alright, go ahead, Barbara.

01:25:23.000 --> 01:25:29.000
Lisa, uh, thank you. Isn't this just another form of the same.

01:25:29.000 --> 01:25:34.000
nasty fraud in games they've been playing for over 300 years.

01:25:34.000 --> 01:25:43.000
And if we carefully accept. their conditions to receive our little gifts or whatever, even if we do it correctly.

01:25:43.000 --> 01:25:47.000
How are we really going to get past this.

01:25:47.000 --> 01:25:48.000
Well, I think… I think that, uh…

01:25:48.000 --> 01:25:52.000
I yield.

01:25:52.000 --> 01:25:55.000
you know, you're… you're…

01:25:55.000 --> 01:25:57.000
you're in a way…

01:25:57.000 --> 01:26:01.000
It's not really…

01:26:01.000 --> 01:26:04.000
They're really giving you your money back.

01:26:04.000 --> 01:26:09.000
And it's not really their money to begin with, anyhow.

01:26:09.000 --> 01:26:12.000
So, um…

01:26:12.000 --> 01:26:14.000
putting the conditions on it,

01:26:14.000 --> 01:26:17.000
You're putting the conditions on it, not them.

01:26:17.000 --> 01:26:18.000
Hmm.

01:26:18.000 --> 01:26:27.000
Right? And… and because most of us that have already changed our status long ago, we're not going to be eligible for that, so we're not… it's just the new people.

01:26:27.000 --> 01:26:34.000
for the most part. Um, anybody that filed a 2024 tax

01:26:34.000 --> 01:26:38.000
um, return would be eligible for that.

01:26:38.000 --> 01:26:43.000
So, um, so that would be, you know, that's… that's the important part.

01:26:43.000 --> 01:26:47.000
You know, we have to keep… we have to keep pushing.

01:26:47.000 --> 01:26:49.000
Um, and… and…

01:26:49.000 --> 01:26:58.000
Um, and we have to keep enforcing who we are, and that… and it's one way, everything that we do, we tell them who we are.

01:26:58.000 --> 01:27:00.000
everything. Okay?

01:27:00.000 --> 01:27:01.000
So, we'll get past this hell.

01:27:01.000 --> 01:27:03.000
Mm-hmm.

01:27:03.000 --> 01:27:08.000
It's called Get Your State Standing, okay? Get Your Public Elections Done.

01:27:08.000 --> 01:27:11.000
Get your courts up, have your militia ready.

01:27:11.000 --> 01:27:14.000
And that's how you get past this hell.

01:27:14.000 --> 01:27:19.000
Because once, you know, with one of the notices that we've sent out,

01:27:19.000 --> 01:27:25.000
I let them know. We have a quorum of counties on Ohio.

01:27:25.000 --> 01:27:29.000
A quorum. More than 60%.

01:27:29.000 --> 01:27:32.000
populated counties on Ohio.

01:27:32.000 --> 01:27:37.000
Alright? That number shakes their shoes.

01:27:37.000 --> 01:27:40.000
Alright? I don't mince words.

01:27:40.000 --> 01:27:41.000
Heh, not one bit.

01:27:41.000 --> 01:27:43.000
Hmm…

01:27:43.000 --> 01:27:48.000
And I'm starting to get correspondence back from the governor when he doesn't like something.

01:27:48.000 --> 01:27:51.000
I'm… I'm starting to… I'm starting to…

01:27:51.000 --> 01:27:53.000
get in there, right?

01:27:53.000 --> 01:27:54.000
So,

01:27:54.000 --> 01:27:57.000
Yeah, that's exciting, actually, Lisa! That's exciting!

01:27:57.000 --> 01:28:01.000
Oh, they… they write me back, oh, you're… you're fraud government.

01:28:01.000 --> 01:28:10.000
Well, let me explain the 10th Amendment to you there, dear. I'm sorry that really expensive public education that you took, where you spent

01:28:10.000 --> 01:28:14.000
All that money and all that time to get that juris…

01:28:14.000 --> 01:28:16.000
Juris, uh, um…

01:28:16.000 --> 01:28:18.000
Juris Putin…

01:28:18.000 --> 01:28:19.000
Yeah.

01:28:19.000 --> 01:28:26.000
Doctorate, or doctorate, uh, juris Doctorate, um, that they didn't include a complete and full history and a complete and full law.

01:28:26.000 --> 01:28:32.000
So you're really ignorant about what really is going on, so don't lecture me.

01:28:32.000 --> 01:28:36.000
Right? I've gone toe-to-toe with my… with my…

01:28:36.000 --> 01:28:43.000
um… state general attorney, and I've gone toe-to-toe with… with one of my…

01:28:43.000 --> 01:28:45.000
Um, state solicitors.

01:28:45.000 --> 01:28:48.000
Solicitor Generals.

01:28:48.000 --> 01:28:51.000
Toe-to-toe, nailed them down to the floor.

01:28:51.000 --> 01:28:52.000
So, I'm…

01:28:52.000 --> 01:28:57.000
I've seen Lisa into it with the district attorney. I saw her into it with the mayor.

01:28:57.000 --> 01:29:09.000
I saw her stand the entire Hamilton County down in Ohio, and I got to witness it. It scared me, and I was in North Carolina. I was shaking!

01:29:09.000 --> 01:29:11.000
We're on the same team!

01:29:11.000 --> 01:29:17.000
So… so, yeah, you just have to… you just have to, you know, we have to keep saying,

01:29:17.000 --> 01:29:23.000
This is who we are, and this is where we stand, and I'm not moving.

01:29:23.000 --> 01:29:28.000
You know? And where I am, there's many more behind me.

01:29:28.000 --> 01:29:30.000
That scares him even more.

01:29:30.000 --> 01:29:32.000
Right? So…

01:29:32.000 --> 01:29:35.000
Do you interact at all with your local sheriffs?

01:29:35.000 --> 01:29:40.000
I have not interacted with mine yet. I have interacted… well, see, I have two.

01:29:40.000 --> 01:29:45.000
So, I live in southern Ohio in the winter, and I live in northern Ohio in the summer.

01:29:45.000 --> 01:29:48.000
I have interacted with my sheriff on, um,

01:29:48.000 --> 01:29:50.000
in the summer.

01:29:50.000 --> 01:29:57.000
And, um, I'm gonna try to schedule a meeting with my local sheriff here as well.

01:29:57.000 --> 01:29:59.000
Uh, this winter.

01:29:59.000 --> 01:30:02.000
Um…

01:30:02.000 --> 01:30:07.000
we had a man, when we did this, the family reunion,

01:30:07.000 --> 01:30:09.000
Who got a ticket.

01:30:09.000 --> 01:30:13.000
He got pulled over because he didn't have plates on his truck.

01:30:13.000 --> 01:30:19.000
They got themselves a sovereign, right? Went over the radio.

01:30:19.000 --> 01:30:22.000
And he was respectful. There were…

01:30:22.000 --> 01:30:26.000
3 cop cars there with him, because they got themselves sovereign.

01:30:26.000 --> 01:30:28.000
He took the ticket,

01:30:28.000 --> 01:30:30.000
We rescissioned the ticket,

01:30:30.000 --> 01:30:34.000
sent it back to him, he's never heard from him since.

01:30:34.000 --> 01:30:37.000
Okay?

01:30:37.000 --> 01:30:38.000
Excellent.

01:30:38.000 --> 01:30:42.000
So, it's, you know, it is…

01:30:42.000 --> 01:30:45.000
It's… it's partly…

01:30:45.000 --> 01:30:51.000
Um, you know, the reason that, you know, we just have to keep standing on that.

01:30:51.000 --> 01:30:55.000
And that's what we've got to do.

01:30:55.000 --> 01:31:03.000
Well, I know in California, we're struggling in terms of getting people to volunteer. There was, at some point,

01:31:03.000 --> 01:31:18.000
an election, as I… and this is before I joined the Assembly, but as I have been told, um, there was some hesitation once the publication of your name and stuff needed to happen. So basically, anybody that had volunteered or had

01:31:18.000 --> 01:31:22.000
chosen to serve and was elected was…

01:31:22.000 --> 01:31:28.000
Um, they… they resigned immediately, and we're… we are struggling getting people to just…

01:31:28.000 --> 01:31:35.000
We sort of have a core group that shows up at each of our meetings, and last night, I did a

01:31:35.000 --> 01:31:38.000
pretty…

01:31:38.000 --> 01:31:41.000
big beg, if you will, like, hey, you guys!

01:31:41.000 --> 01:31:46.000
Maybe if you don't want to volunteer yourselves, you could start inviting people to be our guests,

01:31:46.000 --> 01:31:54.000
To expose them to what we're doing, and then maybe they would want to volunteer, like, we're gonna need some help, because there's 5 of us doing it all.

01:31:54.000 --> 01:32:00.000
And, um, I got a lot of pushback from one individual about that.

01:32:00.000 --> 01:32:02.000
Um…

01:32:02.000 --> 01:32:06.000
And the rest of the group was silent, but…

01:32:06.000 --> 01:32:09.000
I'm not sure how to compel people

01:32:09.000 --> 01:32:21.000
to participate, because I even went so far as to say, you know, it would be super easy for me to show up and be like, you know, these are some things I don't like, and I don't think we should do it anymore in the assembly. Okay, we're moving on.

01:32:21.000 --> 01:32:27.000
But the assembly would do what obviously they should do, which is push back, and this is the point.

01:32:27.000 --> 01:32:33.000
Like, participate. So, do you have any suggestions on how to really emotionally get people to…

01:32:33.000 --> 01:32:35.000
break that.

01:32:35.000 --> 01:32:38.000
trepidation wall.

01:32:38.000 --> 01:32:44.000
Well, I'm pretty infamous in our assembly for using old teacher tricks.

01:32:44.000 --> 01:32:49.000
Right? And the people that don't usually have an opinion,

01:32:49.000 --> 01:32:56.000
When we're… especially if we're in a small education meeting or, you know, a group like that.

01:32:56.000 --> 01:33:02.000
I'll look down and I'll say, oh, so I'm not… everybody's got… cat's got their tongue this evening.

01:33:02.000 --> 01:33:05.000
So, um, let's see, Vince Smith!

01:33:05.000 --> 01:33:13.000
How about you giving us your opinion on this?

01:33:13.000 --> 01:33:14.000
I like that. I do like that.

01:33:14.000 --> 01:33:17.000
Then some wait… then I'm waiting for ya.

01:33:17.000 --> 01:33:20.000
What's your opinion?

01:33:20.000 --> 01:33:22.000
Hey, Vince, open your mic.

01:33:22.000 --> 01:33:23.000
Say hi!

01:33:23.000 --> 01:33:24.000
Yeah.

01:33:24.000 --> 01:33:27.000
We need to know you're alive.

01:33:27.000 --> 01:33:28.000
Right.

01:33:28.000 --> 01:33:29.000
Okay.

01:33:29.000 --> 01:33:30.000
Thank you.

01:33:30.000 --> 01:33:36.000
And Vince might still, but hopefully Vince finds his courage and steps up and says,

01:33:36.000 --> 01:33:40.000
Yeah, hey, that's a good way to do it.

01:33:40.000 --> 01:33:43.000
That's all you gotta do, Vince. I'm queuing you in here, right?

01:33:43.000 --> 01:33:45.000
Do you guys do outreach at all?

01:33:45.000 --> 01:33:47.000
To build the assembly, bring more people in?

01:33:47.000 --> 01:33:50.000
We do. Um, you know, and…

01:33:50.000 --> 01:33:54.000
And we really talk strongly to everybody. You know, I do a…

01:33:54.000 --> 01:34:00.000
I do a little class on Tuesday, on a Tuesday night, on outreach techniques.

01:34:00.000 --> 01:34:03.000
So that everybody can come and kind of learn.

01:34:03.000 --> 01:34:09.000
Um, and learn about cognitive dissonance, learn how to ask questions, how to interact.

01:34:09.000 --> 01:34:12.000
Um,

01:34:12.000 --> 01:34:14.000
being the old teacher that I am,

01:34:14.000 --> 01:34:22.000
I learned a long time ago that these silly things we call cell phones have deadened most people's social responses.

01:34:22.000 --> 01:34:26.000
When I was… I was teaching a full…

01:34:26.000 --> 01:34:29.000
musical theater, and the kids would go

01:34:29.000 --> 01:34:31.000
Oh, I'm so upset.

01:34:31.000 --> 01:34:34.000
on stage, and I'm like, really?

01:34:34.000 --> 01:34:37.000
I don't believe you, right?

01:34:37.000 --> 01:34:41.000
And I'd have to teach them how to be upset.

01:34:41.000 --> 01:34:47.000
Okay? And in some ways, that's what… one of the things that we're fighting in our assemblies,

01:34:47.000 --> 01:34:49.000
Is everybody used to doing this?

01:34:49.000 --> 01:34:52.000
Without having to do this.

01:34:52.000 --> 01:34:58.000
Right? Um, as far as, you know, my preference would be

01:34:58.000 --> 01:35:02.000
That if I was in a meeting, everybody turned their camera on.

01:35:02.000 --> 01:35:04.000
And I've had some meetings

01:35:04.000 --> 01:35:10.000
Where I've told everybody, I want you to turn your camera on, because I want to see whether or not

01:35:10.000 --> 01:35:13.000
I'm actually hitting the mark.

01:35:13.000 --> 01:35:20.000
or whether, you know, you're learning what I need you to learn, or if you're confused by what I'm telling you.

01:35:20.000 --> 01:35:23.000
If I need to go back and tell you something different,

01:35:23.000 --> 01:35:26.000
then I can see that on your face.

01:35:26.000 --> 01:35:28.000
Okay?

01:35:28.000 --> 01:35:31.000
So, you know, I…

01:35:31.000 --> 01:35:33.000
If you're still…

01:35:33.000 --> 01:35:36.000
Keeping your camera off.

01:35:36.000 --> 01:35:40.000
Because you're afraid that the de facto's gonna recognize you?

01:35:40.000 --> 01:35:42.000
They already know where you are.

01:35:42.000 --> 01:35:44.000
They already know who you are.

01:35:44.000 --> 01:35:51.000
They already know where you live. They know your phone number if they wanted to call you. They can get into your email.

01:35:51.000 --> 01:35:55.000
So, live without fear.

01:35:55.000 --> 01:36:01.000
Go forward. If you're not doing anything that's unlawful or ill… and… and…

01:36:01.000 --> 01:36:03.000
Go live, right?

01:36:03.000 --> 01:36:07.000
Quit hiding under… quit hiding under the basket.

01:36:07.000 --> 01:36:12.000
Let your light shine. Let your talents shine. Let your voice be heard.

01:36:12.000 --> 01:36:17.000
Okay? And that's what we've got to get everybody

01:36:17.000 --> 01:36:18.000
Used to, is…

01:36:18.000 --> 01:36:20.000
Lettin' that light shine!

01:36:20.000 --> 01:36:22.000
Okay?

01:36:22.000 --> 01:36:24.000
So, um…

01:36:24.000 --> 01:36:26.000
It… it is…

01:36:26.000 --> 01:36:30.000
It's really important that we begin to do that.

01:36:30.000 --> 01:36:32.000
We model that.

01:36:32.000 --> 01:36:35.000
Okay? We model that.

01:36:35.000 --> 01:36:37.000
So, the coordinators on this call?

01:36:37.000 --> 01:36:40.000
Your face should be up here on the screen.

01:36:40.000 --> 01:36:48.000
Right? And when you're doing your assemblies, and you're talking… your face should be up in the screen. On the Ohio Assembly,

01:36:48.000 --> 01:36:52.000
If you're going to speak on a meeting, you have to turn your camera on.

01:36:52.000 --> 01:36:54.000
to speak on a meeting.

01:36:54.000 --> 01:36:57.000
Okay? We want to see your intent,

01:36:57.000 --> 01:36:59.000
We want to see your motion.

01:36:59.000 --> 01:37:02.000
We want to see your face.

01:37:02.000 --> 01:37:05.000
We want to know that what you're speaking

01:37:05.000 --> 01:37:08.000
is be… is… is… is an honor.

01:37:08.000 --> 01:37:10.000
Right?

01:37:10.000 --> 01:37:13.000
Thanks, Mary. You got the clue.

01:37:13.000 --> 01:37:14.000
So…

01:37:14.000 --> 01:37:17.000
And also, it's nice to know that you're really there.

01:37:17.000 --> 01:37:18.000
Right?

01:37:18.000 --> 01:37:19.000
Oh, yeah! Yeah.

01:37:19.000 --> 01:37:33.000
You know? Um, I have my camera on all the time. There are a few people in the assembly that will put it on, but by and large, most people don't, and I have heard a lot of people were targeted previously, and so on and so forth.

01:37:33.000 --> 01:37:36.000
And, um…

01:37:36.000 --> 01:37:43.000
Is Anna with us yet, or no? Okay, because I don't want to take any time, but I did… I do have a little story I can share if you…

01:37:43.000 --> 01:37:44.000
want to hear it.

01:37:44.000 --> 01:37:45.000
Go ahead.

01:37:45.000 --> 01:37:54.000
So, in 2011, I was living in Los Angeles County, I was an on-site manager for a property, and we were across the street from an international college.

01:37:54.000 --> 01:38:00.000
I had an international student, like, half of my residents were the students there.

01:38:00.000 --> 01:38:06.000
And I had this one student who was just from Lithuania, and he was not connecting well.

01:38:06.000 --> 01:38:15.000
And he was really frustrated. He had been in the States for a few years, he didn't have any visits from his family, and he was really not connecting.

01:38:15.000 --> 01:38:23.000
And on, um, a very short period of time, he sent me a text message. And in 2011, I don't know if you guys remember, we were having a lot of college shootings.

01:38:23.000 --> 01:38:28.000
He sent me a text message that said he was so angry, he could shoot that school up. And I…

01:38:28.000 --> 01:38:31.000
said, get to my office immediately.

01:38:31.000 --> 01:38:39.000
And he came over and I said, never again. Don't ever use those words with me again, because a couple of things are going to happen to you. I am going to call the police on you.

01:38:39.000 --> 01:38:45.000
Don't think for a moment I will not take that seriously, and you're not going to make me one of those people sitting in my house going,

01:38:45.000 --> 01:38:50.000
I wish I would have done something. I just didn't know. No.

01:38:50.000 --> 01:39:01.000
And I should also preface and say my father was a police officer, so I'm not his… our entire childhood, but he was always a police officer, because once you are, you are. So anyway…

01:39:01.000 --> 01:39:05.000
a short period of time passed, he sent me another text.

01:39:05.000 --> 01:39:08.000
And I just was blown away!

01:39:08.000 --> 01:39:13.000
And highly concerned, and I was getting ready to go on vacation, my niece was going to be staying in our home.

01:39:13.000 --> 01:39:19.000
And my sister actually said to me, like, you know, Kim, like, what if this guy, instead of shooting at the school,

01:39:19.000 --> 01:39:21.000
comes over to your house to shoot you.

01:39:21.000 --> 01:39:25.000
Because he's just mad. And you're not there, and you're… and, you know,

01:39:25.000 --> 01:39:31.000
Your niece is. And so, literally, in that moment, I was just like, I cannot live with just

01:39:31.000 --> 01:39:39.000
the nothing of it, and obviously you did not take my word seriously. So 431 morning, I pick up the phone and I call the FBI, because I cannot sleep.

01:39:39.000 --> 01:39:42.000
By 7 o'clock in the morning, I am in their office.

01:39:42.000 --> 01:39:45.000
During that interview,

01:39:45.000 --> 01:39:47.000
One agent said,

01:39:47.000 --> 01:39:56.000
Can I see the text messages? I had already… I had immediately deleted the first one. It was so physically alarming to me. I was like, oh my god, get that off my phone!

01:39:56.000 --> 01:40:02.000
And so I didn't have that one, but I had the second one. And I said, sure! And I handed my phone off.

01:40:02.000 --> 01:40:08.000
And he left the room with my phone, and he came back in record time! 5 minutes max.

01:40:08.000 --> 01:40:10.000
And thanked me.

01:40:10.000 --> 01:40:25.000
The meeting wrapped up at whatever amount of time later, and I went home. They ultimately swatted my building, the entire campus police department, with the Torrance Police Department, full-on TV level,

01:40:25.000 --> 01:40:29.000
geared up, breaks the door down, arrests this young man,

01:40:29.000 --> 01:40:33.000
They put him in jail, and they hold… well, they… they try him.

01:40:33.000 --> 01:40:37.000
He is found guilty for making terrorist threats,

01:40:37.000 --> 01:40:44.000
They put him in jail with real-life murderers. This is somebody who is 21 years of age and a breath.

01:40:44.000 --> 01:40:49.000
Um, I have to call his family in Lithuania and explain that I am the person that turned him in, and he is now…

01:40:49.000 --> 01:40:53.000
Um, being deported for terrorist threats.

01:40:53.000 --> 01:40:58.000
They held him for the entire time they legally could do that, which is 90 days.

01:40:58.000 --> 01:41:05.000
And during that time, it was a Mother's Day and a Father's Day, and on Mother's Day, I had made a comment to him,

01:41:05.000 --> 01:41:08.000
Um, your attorney has said you should be home for Mother's Day.

01:41:08.000 --> 01:41:15.000
And then his day changed. And it kind of happened a few times like that, where I would say something, and then something would change in his case.

01:41:15.000 --> 01:41:22.000
And one night, I'm sitting in my apartment, and I'm just thinking, and I'm like, how could you check to see if there is a bug?

01:41:22.000 --> 01:41:30.000
on your phone. So I go into my office, I use my desktop, and I go into the YouTube, and I'm googling that. How do you check to see if there's a bug on your phone?

01:41:30.000 --> 01:41:35.000
And a video shows up, and there is literally my phone in the video, like, my kind of phone.

01:41:35.000 --> 01:41:40.000
And it says, oh, get a teeny little screwdriver and do this, that, and the other thing. I undo my phone!

01:41:40.000 --> 01:41:47.000
And it goes, oh, do you think you're in? No, no, no. It literally says this, do you think you're in? You're not. Go deeper.

01:41:47.000 --> 01:41:55.000
teeniest little screws you've ever seen in your life. I pop it off, there is what looks like a battery with a little cord and a connection port.

01:41:55.000 --> 01:41:59.000
And I'm like… and they show it. This is the bug.

01:41:59.000 --> 01:42:02.000
Pop it out, put the foam back together,

01:42:02.000 --> 01:42:07.000
it starts ringing immediately. Hi, we're calling about the car you're selling.

01:42:07.000 --> 01:42:10.000
I'm not selling a car.

01:42:10.000 --> 01:42:18.000
And it just starts going crazy, right? So I figured out, obviously, they had put a bug on my phone when they took my phone out.

01:42:18.000 --> 01:42:22.000
And now they know I found their bug!

01:42:22.000 --> 01:42:32.000
So, long story short, um, he ends up getting deported, and I think it's over and done with, but one year later, I actually get jumped by 3 women on that property.

01:42:32.000 --> 01:42:37.000
another bad B-movie in my life, but I'm 63% disabled.

01:42:37.000 --> 01:42:45.000
Uh, because of that. And when that happened, the behavior of the police department

01:42:45.000 --> 01:42:54.000
was not like, oh, you've been jumped by 3 women, let us help you. It was, oh, well, they said that you jumped them.

01:42:54.000 --> 01:42:57.000
Okay.

01:42:57.000 --> 01:43:06.000
Sure, I'm jumping 3 women. But anyway, nothing happened with these people. They were not arrested, they was no prosecution.

01:43:06.000 --> 01:43:10.000
I ended up, you know, doing what I needed to do for 5 years.

01:43:10.000 --> 01:43:14.000
because this has happened at work, so it falls under workers' compensation, whole different story.

01:43:14.000 --> 01:43:18.000
But we leave that building.

01:43:18.000 --> 01:43:20.000
I get a visit from 3 people.

01:43:20.000 --> 01:43:28.000
And one of them I'm thinking that I kind of recognize, because the day they broke down that young man's door,

01:43:28.000 --> 01:43:31.000
Um, there were police everywhere.

01:43:31.000 --> 01:43:36.000
And there's not a lot of female police officers, so this one person sort of stood out.

01:43:36.000 --> 01:43:42.000
And now she's in my building in Hollywood, a different building that we're managing, and she says to me,

01:43:42.000 --> 01:43:46.000
kind of out of the blue, you know you'd be really good, you should consider joining us.

01:43:46.000 --> 01:43:48.000
And I said…

01:43:48.000 --> 01:43:53.000
I knew that she was a police officer, she was there with her son and his friend looking for an apartment, supposedly.

01:43:53.000 --> 01:43:58.000
Anyway, and I said, you know, now I couldn't do that because you guys got a lot of problems inside your force.

01:43:58.000 --> 01:44:02.000
And you should probably work on that. And then I listed all of this stuff.

01:44:02.000 --> 01:44:07.000
that I had already known about the police force there, just because I'd lived there for years. Anyway…

01:44:07.000 --> 01:44:11.000
So, we live in that Hollywood building for 5 years.

01:44:11.000 --> 01:44:14.000
And, um…

01:44:14.000 --> 01:44:17.000
We move, 7 years ago, to Orange County.

01:44:17.000 --> 01:44:19.000
And…

01:44:19.000 --> 01:44:26.000
Probably the first year after we live in Orange County, the woman shows up at my house again with one of the agents that I recognize from when I was

01:44:26.000 --> 01:44:29.000
at the FBI with the gentleman.

01:44:29.000 --> 01:44:38.000
And they just act very weird, they're not direct at all about why they're there. I'm selling something on Facebook Marketplace, it's this $5 item.

01:44:38.000 --> 01:44:42.000
It's literally like a yard art thing.

01:44:42.000 --> 01:44:49.000
And she makes a comment about using it to store her Christmas cards, and it's just very all weird.

01:44:49.000 --> 01:44:51.000
And… and they go.

01:44:51.000 --> 01:45:02.000
Okay, I'm not thinking much about it, like, other than why is she coming back to, like, check on me, or whatever. She's not offering me the job again, though. She's not saying anything that's direct.

01:45:02.000 --> 01:45:09.000
So then time starts having… I've lived here now for 7 years. Time starts passing, but I'm noticing things in my house.

01:45:09.000 --> 01:45:14.000
Like, on one particular day, I come home, and I have HVAC in my house. So I have vents.

01:45:14.000 --> 01:45:24.000
And each vent has a screw here and a screw here. Well, on one particular day, 3 screws, one in each room, is on the ground, directly below the vent.

01:45:24.000 --> 01:45:32.000
I have a portable safe. I have not a lot of money, like $15,000 in my little portable safe, it's stashed.

01:45:32.000 --> 01:45:34.000
it's not open, I mean, it's not in view.

01:45:34.000 --> 01:45:39.000
One day, I say, hey, I'm gonna just get a couple hundred dollars out of the safe so I don't have to go to the bank,

01:45:39.000 --> 01:45:48.000
It is soaking! Everything in my safe is literally molded. The money, all my documents. So they have…

01:45:48.000 --> 01:45:54.000
been in my house repeatedly. I ordered a Ring camera system from Best Buy,

01:45:54.000 --> 01:46:00.000
It took 3 cancellations of installation to get my cameras installed, and when they did,

01:46:00.000 --> 01:46:04.000
come to install them. Okay.

01:46:04.000 --> 01:46:13.000
I used to watch tax sales for, like, you know, buy a house for defaulted tax, uh, property tax sales, right?

01:46:13.000 --> 01:46:17.000
At one point in time, I said to my husband, can I take…

01:46:17.000 --> 01:46:24.000
Our whopping $35,000 out of the bank, and see if we can get a house. And I registered, and I looked at the tax list,

01:46:24.000 --> 01:46:30.000
And there were 7 houses in my area that had tax bills that were under $35,000. And so,

01:46:30.000 --> 01:46:37.000
I went to every one of them to door knock to offer this out to save their credit, and on one of them,

01:46:37.000 --> 01:46:41.000
I knock on the door, and the man that opens the door

01:46:41.000 --> 01:46:46.000
is an FBI agent that I recognize, but I don't…

01:46:46.000 --> 01:46:49.000
Like, you know when you know somebody from years ago, and you're like,

01:46:49.000 --> 01:46:50.000
Right?

01:46:50.000 --> 01:46:52.000
And I say to him, hey,

01:46:52.000 --> 01:46:54.000
Uh, are you aware your house is gonna be

01:46:54.000 --> 01:47:05.000
sold at auction in, like, 12 days, and he's like… and he has the same moment with me, you can see it. He's like, I think I know you, but I don't know you, but I think I know you. And so…

01:47:05.000 --> 01:47:10.000
He's like, no, and he's totally doing the cop thing with me, and again, raised by one, so I get it.

01:47:10.000 --> 01:47:22.000
And he's like, no, and he's looking me up and down, and he's trying to, like, search his brain really fast. And long story short, yeah, it is an FBI agent, and it's a family's house, and they hadn't…

01:47:22.000 --> 01:47:26.000
paid attention to taxes for 5 years. In California, there's no window to re…

01:47:26.000 --> 01:47:30.000
re-get your property once it goes to auction.

01:47:30.000 --> 01:47:40.000
So, I checked that property the very next day, that property is off the list. Those taxes have been paid. Fast forward to my Best Buy. Sorry, I didn't mean to sidebar.

01:47:40.000 --> 01:47:50.000
But these guys show up to do my tax, my installation, and I am super sensitive to vibrational frequency, and I could just tell something was off.

01:47:50.000 --> 01:47:57.000
And one guy's up on a ladder doing my camera that's right here outside this wall.

01:47:57.000 --> 01:47:59.000
Which is an outdoor floodlight camera.

01:47:59.000 --> 01:48:04.000
And the other guy is talking to me, and because I know something's up, I just start

01:48:04.000 --> 01:48:09.000
laying a whole bunch of really fast information, because I'm looking for the break.

01:48:09.000 --> 01:48:16.000
in their role, the role he's playing, which is, I'm just an installation guy from Boost Boy.

01:48:16.000 --> 01:48:25.000
And I say, yeah, well, you know, I have a stalker, I contacted the FBI and told them about one of my maintenance men,

01:48:25.000 --> 01:48:32.000
Um, from Hollywood, which is true, a different story, but anyways, I said, um, he was here illegally from Mexico,

01:48:32.000 --> 01:48:41.000
And he told me that he was running from the police, and I don't want that in my country, so I turned him into the FBI, and he goes, oh, really? Why do you think he's your stalker? And I go, oh, well, because

01:48:41.000 --> 01:48:49.000
I had fast food and 6 packs of beer outside my bedroom window, um, for, like, 3 weeks after we moved here, and…

01:48:49.000 --> 01:48:56.000
And he goes, oh, really? And I go, yeah, I've always tried to support the FBI. I turned in a guy that was living on one of my other properties as a potential

01:48:56.000 --> 01:49:05.000
Terrorists, and he goes, oh yeah? And I go, yeah. I go, um, I was watching the tax auctions, and I actually went to the house, and when he opened the door, I realized, oh,

01:49:05.000 --> 01:49:15.000
That's Special Agent Paul Sanchez, and the guy… you know, when you're talking to somebody, your reactions are to this person, because this is where your engagement is.

01:49:15.000 --> 01:49:21.000
Unless you're playing a role. And in that moment, he broke his character, and he went,

01:49:21.000 --> 01:49:27.000
to the guy that was installing, like, as though he knew who this agent is.

01:49:27.000 --> 01:49:35.000
And he knew he broke it, too, because from that moment on, everything about the way he dealt with me changed.

01:49:35.000 --> 01:49:45.000
And then, of course, I had Best Buy call and say, what's going on? Hang on, this isn't making sense, yada yada. So the reason I'm sharing this story with you guys is…

01:49:45.000 --> 01:49:56.000
Um, yeah, turn on your camera, live your life. If they wanted to steal all my money, they could. If they wanted to come in and murder me, they could. Absolutely!

01:49:56.000 --> 01:50:02.000
Absolutely they can. There is a 12-second delay that they have created in my camera system

01:50:02.000 --> 01:50:03.000
that I cannot, um… I cannot get fixed, so…

01:50:03.000 --> 01:50:06.000
May I? May I?

01:50:06.000 --> 01:50:07.000
Hang on a second.

01:50:07.000 --> 01:50:10.000
So if you can, you know, get in and out in 12 seconds, you're… you're in. Yes, I think that's Doug.

01:50:10.000 --> 01:50:12.000
Thank you. Yeah.

01:50:12.000 --> 01:50:13.000
I'm sorry, I don't know.

01:50:13.000 --> 01:50:20.000
Yeah, I've… I've got to leave right now, and at 26 minutes after the hour.

01:50:20.000 --> 01:50:21.000
I didn't know if we're still waiting for Anna or what we're doing, sorry.

01:50:21.000 --> 01:50:28.000
Yes. I, I think, I, I think we cannot be assured the fact Anna's probably not going to be here this evening, so…

01:50:28.000 --> 01:50:29.000
Okay.

01:50:29.000 --> 01:50:33.000
Okay, but anyways, I put in a document called You Don't Know Who You Are.

01:50:33.000 --> 01:50:34.000
Mm-hmm.

01:50:34.000 --> 01:50:39.000
And that's an outreach document that you can give to every… everybody in.

01:50:39.000 --> 01:50:44.000
Show them why, when we don't use Federal Reserve notes, that there are no states.

01:50:44.000 --> 01:50:46.000
Right, thank you, thank you.

01:50:46.000 --> 01:50:53.000
So, yeah, you know, I realize some people, you know, rail against putting their face on a camera.

01:50:53.000 --> 01:51:02.000
Um, and, you know, one of the things that we do, we talk about, and even Terry used to talk about it a lot at the coordinator calls,

01:51:02.000 --> 01:51:04.000
was walking through our fear.

01:51:04.000 --> 01:51:05.000
Mm-hmm.

01:51:05.000 --> 01:51:08.000
And we have to be the examples to walk through that fear.

01:51:08.000 --> 01:51:10.000
In front of our people.

01:51:10.000 --> 01:51:13.000
Um, if we're afraid they're going to be afraid.

01:51:13.000 --> 01:51:20.000
And, um, and it's not, you know, sure, if you've got low bandwidth, if you've got…

01:51:20.000 --> 01:51:24.000
You know, maybe that day your camera isn't working, maybe, you know…

01:51:24.000 --> 01:51:31.000
Pop your camera on briefly, pop it back off, just so we know that you're a live person and not somebody else.

01:51:31.000 --> 01:51:34.000
Um, using your account.

01:51:34.000 --> 01:51:37.000
And let us know that in a chat, and we're good with that.

01:51:37.000 --> 01:51:42.000
You know, if you've got an excuse that's gonna cause you not to be…

01:51:42.000 --> 01:51:46.000
Um, somebody's sharing… yeah, there you go, thank you.

01:51:46.000 --> 01:51:50.000
Um, you know, but the courtesy is, is about…

01:51:50.000 --> 01:51:55.000
is about walking through that fear and being able to get out here.

01:51:55.000 --> 01:52:01.000
Because when you step up to public office, it's public.

01:52:01.000 --> 01:52:02.000
Yeah.

01:52:02.000 --> 01:52:05.000
You know, a lot of people have a misconception about what that means.

01:52:05.000 --> 01:52:09.000
And that means you're the face, especially if you're chairman and speaker of an assembly,

01:52:09.000 --> 01:52:14.000
You're the face. You better not be afraid, because they're gonna eat you for lunch.

01:52:14.000 --> 01:52:18.000
Okay? Um, and so…

01:52:18.000 --> 01:52:24.000
Um, you know, it's important that we… that we be that model to our people.

01:52:24.000 --> 01:52:26.000
Um, and…

01:52:26.000 --> 01:52:28.000
you know, that when we're speaking,

01:52:28.000 --> 01:52:35.000
We should have learned enough to speak with that authority that we're trying to present out into the public.

01:52:35.000 --> 01:52:43.000
Okay? So it's, it's, it's demeanor, I… I realize everybody… my dad used to say, Lisa, would you please, please be afraid of something?

01:52:43.000 --> 01:52:47.000
From the time I was little, and I was never that… I was never that.

01:52:47.000 --> 01:52:52.000
Um, so, you know, I've practiced that a long time.

01:52:52.000 --> 01:52:54.000
Um,

01:52:54.000 --> 01:53:01.000
And that's carried me well. And… and we've had… we've all had life experiences that could shake our foundations.

01:53:01.000 --> 01:53:06.000
Along the way. But we have to take that big breath, and we have to put those

01:53:06.000 --> 01:53:12.000
big girl and big boy pants on, and go out there into the world with confidence that we need

01:53:12.000 --> 01:53:16.000
that we have the law and our jurisdiction under us, right?

01:53:16.000 --> 01:53:21.000
So, you know, um, I'm not saying that… that…

01:53:21.000 --> 01:53:24.000
you know,

01:53:24.000 --> 01:53:27.000
that there aren't circumstances where you can't put your camera on.

01:53:27.000 --> 01:53:32.000
But it sure is going to lead to a whole lot more understanding on your assemblies when you do.

01:53:32.000 --> 01:53:36.000
Okay? We're building relationships here.

01:53:36.000 --> 01:53:38.000
We're building consensus.

01:53:38.000 --> 01:53:41.000
We govern by committee.

01:53:41.000 --> 01:53:44.000
We need to… we need to be able to… to… to…

01:53:44.000 --> 01:53:49.000
Um, you know, have those relationships together so that people know

01:53:49.000 --> 01:53:56.000
You know, oh, today Lisa looks like she's upset, wonder what she's upset about, you know? Or today, she looks a little ornery,

01:53:56.000 --> 01:54:05.000
Um, be careful, you know? You might not want to test her out today, because she's got the armory streak all over her.

01:54:05.000 --> 01:54:11.000
Um, you know, there's all things… there's all kinds of things that… that… that we convey.

01:54:11.000 --> 01:54:16.000
in being able to deal face-to-face, especially when we don't have the advantage

01:54:16.000 --> 01:54:20.000
of… of being a close-knit state.

01:54:20.000 --> 01:54:25.000
And when your state is as big as California or Texas or, you know, even Ohio.

01:54:25.000 --> 01:54:36.000
Um, you know, I had to remind today that we're talking about some things, and I said, that's great, but remember that it's 7 hours from one corner of Ohio to the other.

01:54:36.000 --> 01:54:41.000
You know, it's not just a day trip for somebody to get here. They can't just come for lunch.

01:54:41.000 --> 01:54:44.000
You know, they gotta start the day before.

01:54:44.000 --> 01:54:46.000
So, you know…

01:54:46.000 --> 01:54:52.000
That's important as we go forward on our states to set those standards for people.

01:54:52.000 --> 01:54:57.000
And to get them engaged. That's the big game. We've talked about that off and on this evening.

01:54:57.000 --> 01:54:59.000
is how do we engage people?

01:54:59.000 --> 01:55:01.000
This is one of the ways we do it.

01:55:01.000 --> 01:55:03.000
Okay?

01:55:03.000 --> 01:55:08.000
All right. Well, everybody, it's almost 10 o'clock my time.

01:55:08.000 --> 01:55:10.000
Um, so…

01:55:10.000 --> 01:55:17.000
I think, uh… I think we can say goodnight, and I hope Anna will have lots of information out.

01:55:17.000 --> 01:55:19.000
For you all, um…

01:55:19.000 --> 01:55:24.000
On Monday night, so it's going to be extremely interesting, so

01:55:24.000 --> 01:55:26.000
Hang on to your hats, it's coming.

01:55:26.000 --> 01:55:29.000
So, okay?

01:55:29.000 --> 01:55:30.000
Alright, everybody. All right.

01:55:30.000 --> 01:55:31.000
Thank you. Good night!

01:55:31.000 --> 01:55:32.000
Thank you, I yield.

01:55:32.000 --> 01:55:33.000
Thanks,

01:55:33.000 --> 01:55:34.000
Have a wonderful weekend.

01:55:34.000 --> 01:55:35.000
It's, uh, 6…

01:55:35.000 --> 01:55:36.000
Thank you, Lisa. Hi.

01:55:36.000 --> 01:55:37.000
Thank you so much, Lisa.

01:55:37.000 --> 01:55:38.000
Thanks, Lisa. Hi.

01:55:38.000 --> 01:55:39.000
Alright, it's, uh, 6… 6.52 PM, this meeting is adjourned.

01:55:39.000 --> 01:55:40.000
Thank you, everyone! Good night.

01:55:40.000 --> 01:55:41.000
Thank you, Lisa.

01:55:41.000 --> 01:55:42.000
Have a wonderful weekend.

01:55:42.000 --> 01:55:43.000
Okay, sir.

01:55:43.000 --> 01:55:44.000
Goodbye.

01:55:44.000 --> 01:55:45.000
Okay, thank you, Lisa. Cromay.

01:55:45.000 --> 01:55:46.000
Thank you, everyone.

01:55:46.000 --> 01:55:47.000
Goodbye.

01:55:47.000 --> 01:55:48.000
Thank you, Lisa.

01:55:48.000 --> 01:55:49.000
You're welcome.

01:55:49.000 --> 01:55:50.000
Good meeting. Good night, all. Good night.

01:55:50.000 --> 01:55:51.000
Good night.

01:55:51.000 --> 01:55:52.000
Hi. Welcome.

01:55:52.000 --> 01:55:53.000
Lisa.

01:55:53.000 --> 01:55:54.000
Yeah, good night.

01:55:54.000 --> 01:55:55.000
Thank you, Lisa.

01:55:55.000 --> 01:55:56.000
Good night.

01:55:56.000 --> 01:55:57.000
Good meeting.

01:55:57.000 --> 01:55:58.000
Thank you.

01:55:58.000 --> 01:55:59.000
Yeah.

01:55:59.000 --> 01:56:00.000
Lisa's the teacher I wish I had.

01:56:00.000 --> 01:56:01.000
Aww.

01:56:01.000 --> 01:56:02.000
Thank you, Lisa.

01:56:02.000 --> 01:56:03.000
You do!

01:56:03.000 --> 01:56:04.000
Thanks.

01:56:04.000 --> 01:56:05.000
Thank you, Lisa.

01:56:05.000 --> 01:56:06.000
Thank you again. Have a beautiful night.

01:56:06.000 --> 01:56:11.000
Yeah, you too.

01:56:11.000 --> 01:56:12.000
David, did you still have a question you wanted to ask?

01:56:12.000 --> 01:56:13.000
Thank you, Lisa.

01:56:13.000 --> 01:56:17.000
Uh, no, thank you, Lisa. I was waiting for Anna.

01:56:17.000 --> 01:56:18.000
Okay.

01:56:18.000 --> 01:56:25.000
And if I put my hand down, it, I can't get it back up again later on in the list of people, so… anyway.

01:56:25.000 --> 01:56:26.000
I was just waiting for Anna. I was gonna ask her.

01:56:26.000 --> 01:56:28.000
Okay.

01:56:28.000 --> 01:56:29.000
I was gonna ask… anyway, I'm just gonna… anyway, whatever.

01:56:29.000 --> 01:56:32.000
Alright.

01:56:32.000 --> 01:56:33.000
Okay, all right. Alright, good night, everyone.

01:56:33.000 --> 01:56:37.000
Good night.
