When you finalize your documents in this format these 928 Documents hold up in Defacto Courts. Because by Law the Notary took an oath to uphold and protect that state. This grants the Notary Power over any Judge. Basically what the Notary Says (Signs & Seals) is Law and the judge has to honor it.
